Chapter 9- Shock

Hey everyone, so I'm back with another update. So in the last chapter we've seen how Sharda n Jaya have decided to get Raghav n Pallavi married, though they won't force them. Sharda is able to convince Vijay n Milind for the marriage. In the market Pallavi n Farhad had their first meeting. Now the real task is, how to convince Raghav n Pallavi for this marriage. Chalo, Let's get back to the story to see whether Sharda n Jaya will succeed in their mission or not.

Pallavi, Sulochna, Mansi n Amruta returns to Deshmukh house after their shopping. Now, Sharda n Vijay want to talk to Pallavi about the marriage proposal, but they don't know how to react. Last time also, Pallavi had strictly refused for second marriage. It was definitely very difficult to convince her for this marriage. On the other side, Jaya too is confused, she didn't even had a proper mother-son kind of interaction with Raghav during all these years. Directly approaching him n convincing him for this marriage, was indeed a big task for her. Yes, she still didn't forgive Raghav, but she was willing to give him a chance this time, hoping, that he might become a better person in his life. She thinks for a while, then decides to take Farhad's help in this matter. She knew, that Farhad had the capability to convince Raghav. Although, she was his mother, n didn't needed any other person's help to talk to her son, but she thought it might get a little awkward for them. She called Farhad, n asked him to meet her. Farhad agreed n went to meet her.

In the Deshmukh house, everyone are in hall. After thinking n hesitating a lot, Sharda finally gathers some courage to talk to Pallavi, n approached her, Vijay too accompanied her. Pallavi looks at them, confused.

Sharda-Pallu, hume tujhse kuch zaroori baat karni hai.

Pallavi- hn aai, boliye na, kya hua?

Sharda- Dekh pallu, main janti hoon, Maine tujhse kaha tha ki main ab yeh baat dobaara nhi karungi, par, mujhse nhi rha jaa rha ab. Ek baar meri baat shaanti se sun le, phir decide karna ki tujhe kya karna hai. Hum log tujhe kisi bhi cheez ke liye majboor nhi karenge. Tera jo bhi faisla hoga, hum Maan lenge, par main abhi jo bolne jaa rhi hoon, vo dhyan se sunn, aur uske baare mein sochna.

Pallavi (confused)- Aai, aap kya keh rhi hai? Mujhe kuch bhi samajh nhi aa rha.

Sharda- Main teri shaadi ki baat karna chahti hoon. Main aur tere baba chahte hai ki tu Shaadi karle. Humne tere liye ek ladka bhi dhoonda hai, jo hume lagta hai ki tere liye bilkul sahi hoga. Vo tujhe  hamesha khush rakhega.(She said everything in one breath).

Sharda was speaking in a low voice, so others couldn't hear what she was saying. Pallavi was completely speechless. She thought that now Sharda won't talk about her marriage, but now she was bringing up the same topic, on the top of that, she had already found a "match" for her. All this was too much for her to process.

Pallavi(shocked)- Aai, yeh aap kya bole jaa rhi hai. Meri shaadi? Maine aapse pehle bhi kaha tha na mujhe shaadi nhi karni, aapne vaada bhi kiya tha ki ab aap yeh baat phirse nhi karengi, par aap phir se, vo hi sab baatein kar rhi hai...kyunn? Aur Kis ladke ki baat kar rhi hai aap? Kisse dhoonda hai aapne mere liye? Yeh sab ho kya rha hai aai?(She asked, slightly raising her voice, it was becoming tough for her to stop herself from having a breakdown).

Sharda- Raghav Rao...Main chahti hoon ki tu Raghav Rao se Shaadi karle (She said, in a high voice, grabbing everyone's attention).

Sulochna who was cutting fruits, accidently cut her finger after listening to Sharda & screamed n Amruta who was drinking water, literally choked on it. Pallavi was just completely numb after listening to Sharda's words. Everyone went silent in the house.

Pallavi(stammering)- kya...kya kaha aapne abhi? Ragh...Raghav Rao? Main...usse shaadi...karlu?(She took a deep breath to compose herself). Ho kya gya hai aapko? Aur yeh baat aapke dimaag mein aayi bhi kahan se? Pehli baat toh yeh ki mujhe shaadi hi nhi karni hai, aur Raghav se? Aisa socha bhi kaise aapne aai?(She questioned while crying).
