We just arrived on earth and are at a random desert in the middle of nowhere

(A/N: just saying it now, Beerus will be more nonchalant about the tournament in this book)

Beerus: I will leave the formation of the team to you so make sure to choose only strong fighters

Goku: no problem

Beerus: all right Whis, let's go

Whis: I wish you luck in your preparations for the tournament

With that they vanish in a bright light

Goku: OK so we have me, (Y/N) and Gohan, I'm pretty sure Vegeta will be up for it but who else is there

Y/N: Gohan

Gohan turns to me

Y/N: me, your dad and Vegeta will be heading to the hyperbolic time chamber to get some training in, so I'm entrusting the formation of the team to you

Gohan: uncle, are you sure?

Y/N: of course I'm sure, you're a smart kid, I will trust your decision

Gohan: I will do my best

I then turn to Goku

Y/N: OK, so let's go get Vegeta then heat to the time chamber

Goku: right

Me and Goku then begin floating

Goku: see you later Gohan

We then fly away, leaving Gohan and Naruto alone

3rd Person P. O. V

Gohan turns to Naruto

Gohan: OK Naruto, I know the threat of universal destruction is quite terrifying buy-

Naruto: I'm not scared of that, didn't you hear the short Whis back at the expo, we only get dusted if we lose

Gohan: yeah but-

Naruto: and I know we won't lose, you're strong and smart, big g and Trunk's dad are crazy, and then there's my dad which I can say without a doubt will not lose

He then pauses

Naruto: afterall he's the strongest

Gohan is stunned by his words

Naruto: and plus he owes me a rematch on my P. S 14, after he cheated using big g as a distraction

Gohan sweat drops and chuckles

Y/N's P. O. V

Vegeta: I can't participate in the tournament

Goku: WHAT WHY?

Vegeta: STOP YELLING!! Bulma can go into labour any day now and I can't afford to be away from her side

Y/N: if that's the case then we can just get Whis to speed things up

Goku: he can do that?

Y/N: yeah

I then turn to Vegeta

Y/N: if I get Whis to help with the delivery will you fight

Vegeta: if Whis can help then yes

Y/N: cool
