-7 years later-

The brunette woke up to his alarm clock releasing a sound that not all people would like to wake up to, The sounds of a screeching alarm clock deafened his groaning of complaint.

George shot up looking drowsy as ever and turned off his alarm "Another day of he-...school." George muttered to himself.

George got up and shuffled inside his wardrobe looking for clothes that he would like, He pulled out a navy blue turtleneck with black baggy pants, George wore the clothing and grabbed his bag he looked over to the balcony window looking at the forest where the male he grew up to know lived.

George knew what the dangers were if Clay was found so he did everything he could to hide his bestfriend, And George would be lying if he didn't say he didn't have a crush on him.

But the same question has been pondering his mind "Would he even like me back and would it even work?".

George shook away the thoughts and ran downstairs where he saw his parents once more, His older sister already left for college as she wanted to be a lawyer.

"Hey dear are you leaving for school already?" His mom asked giving him a smile "Yea I don't wanna be late." George chuckled walking towards his mum.

"Here's your lunch then and eat an apple on the way, It's better than not eating anything." Kathleen giggled while George took the bag with his lunch from her.

George waved to his mum before leaving for school he was walking through the usual path he takes to his school.

"I wonder how's Clay doing." George thought while walking, Clay still got some education due to the fact that George would study with him and Clay wouldn't be bored most of the time cause George would always visit and explain about his day.

Occasionally Clay would add some small stuff about his day but it really  wasn't anything much, Clay was getting quite good with education cause he would always correct George with stuff aswell, One of the reasons why George has pretty good grades.

-At School-

"Gogy!" A raven haired boy semi-screamed as he ran to George, Giggles were heard behind the raven haired boy as George peeked to look and there was Tommy and Toby.

"Hey Nick." George replied as he also waved to the two other boys walking towards him "Where's Wilbur again?" George asked specifically to Tommy.

"In the music room, You know he likes playing the guitar alot." And that was true Wilbur usually meets them at lunch its rare to see him with them in the start of school.

Suddenly the ringing of the school bells rung indicating it was time for first period, The group groaned almost in sync as they chuckled Tommy and Toby went with eachother to their class as Nick and George walked together to theirs.

George didn't pay practically any attention to the teacher he was doodling on his notebook occasionally drawing a smiley face to remind him of his best friend.

George was imagining him being cuddled against Clay's chest as they both slept with no worry, George was always flustered whenever Clay would kiss the top of George's head.

"George!" The teacher spoke up she was now in front of the brunette, George snapped out of the trance he was in and stared at the teacher slightly annoyed she broke his 'daydreaming'.

"May you answer this question for us?" The teacher said pointing to the board with questions, George blinked and stared blankly "I dunno...89?" George replied nonchalantly.

"Incorrect." The teacher grumbled rolling her eyes she was obviously annoyed "Does anyone else know the answer?" She asked her class hoping that someone is paying attention.

"It's 93!" Nick exclaimed raising his pencil the teacher sighed in relief "Yes Nick thank you." The teacher said going back to the board George looked back at his notebook and started drifting back to his thoughts.

-After Class-

"Ughhh." Tommy groaned sitting down beside Toby in the lunch table "What's up Tommy?" Wilbur asked the blonde male "Mrs,Nillean sucks she gave us more homeworkkk." The blonde complained as the group chuckled.

"Cmon Tommy it ain't to bad maybe you can ask George to help you he's an honor student, I'm sure he can help." Nick chimed in as George paled cause he knew he usually had a few cheat sheets in exams and Clay helped him with his homework most of the time.

"Yea!" Tommy gleamed his eyes darting to the brunette "Yea big man you can help me right?" Sweat dripped from George's forehead.

"Y-Yea I can..." George mumbled "Just give me your homework I'll do it for you." Tommy only nodded in delight glad he didn't had to do any work "Just don't make it obvious." Tommy said quickly.

Everyone ate their lunches and continued school, It went on like another normal day bes8des the excessive amount of homework given to the students.

George was back at home staring at the pile of homework it was his and Tommy's, George groaned in annoyance he looked at his window over looking the forest his best friend was in.

He knew he couldn't go to him right now he was too tired it would be Saturday tomorrow anyways he decided he'll visit early in the morning, Well if he has the motivation to get up anyway.

George went to his bathroom taking a quick shower and going back to his room he hopped on his bed grabbing his phone scrolling through tiktok for a while he eventually got tired and charged his phone on his night stand.

He yawned and went under his covers taking a glance and staring at the forest through his window before his eyes gave up and closed he slowly lost consciousness and drifted to sleep.

The trees were swaying as the wind blew it was a beautiful night but in the forest a particular dirty blonde male was preparing to show a surprise to his friend by the next day.
