After all that drama yesterday,We are finally doing activities.The school sent a letter about the activity to Michael and me.
Michael and Ricky,you two will pair up and try to create a song.
Let me tell you something.
Making a song is so hard!!!!!
"You got any ideas?"Michael asked me.
"Nope.My mind is totally blank.No ideas."I replied.
"How about I play the guitar?I can play the guitar.Michael said to me.
"Okay,you can play the guitar and I can sing."I replied.
We barely slept trying to create a song.The letter said that the activity will be at December.Now,it is May.So we have 7 months to compose our song.
We thought of mixing classical and pop music together.
4 months later..........
We are currently thinking how the tune and the lyrics for the chorus should be like.In the end,we agreed with this,
Ooh,baby I love your way,I love it everyday.When you look at me,something brings us together.
Very cheesy,isn't it? I don't have any love experience.To me,love is nothing.We decided on this.
One month before the activity.....
We are currently practicing the song.(Mental note:I absolutely hate the song but I have no choice.)
We added some funky dance moves.At night,we always practice the song.If you forgotten,I am roommates with Michael.
Activity Day......
Today is the day that all of us wished to not happen.This is a tough challenge for all of us.We have to use our skills and talent.
First,we had some good performances.Then suddenly,the speaker said Ricky Anderson and Michael Wilson.It was our turn.It was our moment to shine.Michael and me took small steps to the stage.When we reached the stage,people were clapping.
I slowly took up the microphone and started to sing.The teacher said that my performance was amazing.I felt that Michael and me were moving in the right direction to be superstars.
When we went backstage,people congratulated Michael and me,of course.
When we went into our dorm,I took my phone and started playing The Sims:Freeplay and Fifa 15.
Michael always complains about me playing my phone and not studying my performing arts textbook.
