Chapter 11

Gold's P.O.V.

I walk in the windy town of Newbark. Also my home town. The air was so nice here! I wonder what it was like for Crystal where she grew up?

As I approach my house I see my mother sitting on the porch step, reading a book.

She looks up and when she sees me, smiles like Nurse Joy, "Gold! You're home! Why didn't you tell me you were coming? I'll get dinner on the table!" She rushes off into the house and I laugh! She reminds me of a Unova Pokedex Holder named Banica! Very rushing and never watching, is what I like to call it!

I enter the house and I see that all of the family Pokemon are helping mom cook!

Kakubo is, who evolved into Beedril while I was away, grading the cheese. Lickibo the Lickitung is disposing of the left overs. Drowzbo, who has evolved into Hypno, is making sure mom gets the right ingredients. And so on.

Still chuckling, I go up to my room. Everything is in place and clean. Mom must of rearranged everything.

I go back down stairs and mom is already finished with dinner!

"Why don't you let out your Pokemon Gold! I'm yet to see any of them with the exception of Aibo!" She says

I nod, "Ok! But we will have to do that outside!"

We walk outside and I release all my Pokemon from their Pokeballs, "Alright everyone! Come on out!"

My mom gasps, "Wow! You have met a lot of friends on the journey! And you have a Pichu! Do you know how rare those are?!"

I nod, "Yep! This is actually the first Pichu ever seen by humans! It hatched from an egg I was protecting from an evil man!"

Mom claps her hands together, "Oh Gold! You really HAVE grown stronger on your journey! I'm so proud of you!" She hugs me and I blush in embarrassment!

"Mom! You're embarrassing me!" I whined!

She just laughed and led me inside.

Silver's P.O.V.

I sat up and rubbed the sleep out of my eyes. It has three days since I had joined Team Rocket, and it wasn't as bad I thought. There's food, water, shelter. But then, they won't let me out of the hideout to go see Crystal, I think it's because they don't want me to hurt my leg anymore.

But today would be different.

I looked to the doorway as it opened to see my cousin, Amber. She was only a Grunt, but everyone respected her more than grunts usually were. I guess that comes from having your boss as your uncle.

Anyhow, she walks into my room with a grin, "Great news Silver! As long as I protect you, you're aloud to go outside today! The snow and ice has melted, so it's safe to go out!"

I grin, "That's great! I've been itching to go outside for days! Let me just get ready and I'll meet you at the entrance!"

She nods and leaves the room, closing the door behind her.

I slide out of bed and limp over to where I keep my crutches. Once I get ahold of them, I walk over to my dresser.

The clothes in there are surprisingly normal, compared to the junk one of the former Team Rocket commanders dressed me in a few years back when I had just discovered that I was the Team Rocket heir and taken in after I had fainted. I eventually escaped.

But back to where I was...

I chose my normal outfit that I used to where. Black fleece jacket with red outlines. Black pants. And the black gloves my sister Green had made for me when we lived with the Mask of Ice.

I go out to where Amber is waiting for me. She has her amber colored hair pinned back to show her silver eyes. She was wearing the usual Grunt stuff, but with a white leather jacket to cover up the top with the Team Rocket mark. It was too soon for anyone to know I was a Rocket...

Especially if we ran into Crystal...

Crystal's P.O.V.

I'm not exactly sure what happened myself! One thing I know, I'm leaving Celidon City, next I'm laying here in a moss bed, covered in blood, bruises, and cuts!

But I'm healing quickly! The scabs on my body are quickly disappearing! I'm wondering if this is because of some kind of medication Blue's wife gave me...

But now I'm back on my feet, and everyone seems to be as surprised as me that I recovered In a matter of days!

I'm now leaving the hollow and, after thanking everyone for looking out for me, I jump down to the bottom of the tree. I get a few leaves In my hair on the way down. It's almost like they followed me down!

But I don't care! I love the forest! It has always held some connection to my heart. Something I treasure dearly!

And as I walk through the woods, I almost miss the familiarly long, blood red hair!
