Curly Bill:
✭ Huge on public displays of affection. Curly Bill will always have his hands on you somewhere and frequently plants a big ol' kiss on ya. When he's sitting down, he'll pull you into his lap so you can hang onto him as he does to you. He'll never be further than arms distance from you. He'll rest his arm on the back of your chair and gently strum your shoulder, neck, or hair. When you reciprocate that by resting your hand on his legs or his chest, it drives him crazy.
✭ Of course, once the fan fair and fireworks fizzle out from all the publicity, Curly Bill will always appreciate a tender moment between just the two of you. He'll sneak up behind you and give you a neck rub, plant soft kisses all over your form, whisper sweet nothings into your ear, or simply lay with you in his arms as the two of you talk about anything and nothing in particular, in his tent or under the midnight sky.
✭ He's not needy or desperate to be held, he just simply enjoys being fawned over. And will fawn over you in turn. Rub his face, his chest, his back and you too will be rubbed in your shoulders, your neck caressed, and your hands gently held. Reaffirm how much you love him generously and thank him for his hard work once in a while, it ain't easy being the toughest guy in town. He'll tell you how sweet you are and how your compliments drown his heart with joy.
✭ He loves having you as his personal cheerleader. The Cowboy's number one supporters are usually just themselves, often cheering, encouraging or egging each other on. While he can rile himself up just fine, seeing you rooting for him, will have him dedicating the next stunt he pulls, just for you.
✭ He's the boss and just likes being reminded of that. He's not fixated on earning compliments or collecting favors, necessarily, it just feels good to be praised and appreciated. Support him, have his back, and no doubt he'll have yours.
✭ Curly Bill is not big on doing things he doesn't wanna do. If he doesn't have to do chores, he won't do them. He's not a slob, but he's also neither a workaholic or a germaphobe either. So, to have him working around the house, cleaning, or whatever have you, means nothing less than his total devotion for making you happy. It'll probably start when he sees you getting ready to do whatever work that needs to be done around the house or campsite. He doesn't wanna do chores, but he doesn't want to see you doing chores even more, so he quickly rushes past you to get the job done so that you won't have to do it.
✭ He doesn't feel like he needs to, or that he is, buying your love, but damn does he love spoiling you rotten. Even a passing comment, while window shopping, may lead to the next surprise gift he has for you. Or if he comes back from a "job," he'll be sure to bring back a souvenir or five. Just because he was thinking about you the whole time. Frequent bundles of flowers are a must from him. Depending on your tastes, he will often try to get expensive pastries and champagne for you to enjoy too, always finely wrapped with a bow on top. With him, the world is your oyster, and he'd tear it open to find the perfect pearl for you.
✭ The basis of Curly Bill's love language is to swoon and impress. He is like many species of bird that put on grand displays to catch the attention and affection of the one he is drawn to through his heart. He asks for little in return from his partner though, because he has everything he ever wanted. In fact, you may hardly have to do anything at all except for telling him how much you love and appreciate him. But it must be from the heart, as to be loved and adored just as passionately, as he feels for you, is a gift worth more than any amount of money or material possession.

Johnny Ringo:
✭ Johnny Ringo has nothing to prove to the public at large in regards to your relationship. The most PDA you'll get out of him would be hand holding, him offering up his arm for you, a hand gripping at your waist, and any other courtesies a gentleman would offer to his lady. You'd be hard pressed to have Johnny go any further on his own accord, but he wouldn't object to your advances at all.
✭ Hugging, kissing, holding, and flirting are reserved for the privacy between the two of you. This is where he feels he can most comfortably express himself to the depths in which he feels for you. After all, he'd much prefer being alone with you in peace and away from the busyness of town, or the rowdiness of his companions.
✭ In time to come, Johnny Ringo will become comfortable enough to flirt with you and call you pet names on more than seldom occasions. But despite this, he'd still much rather express his love for you through his actions. In his mind, a well thought out poem, a personalized item he knows you'd love, a flower for you to find, a slow dance, or just physical contact, are the purest forms of expression over flowery words.
✭ Johnny Ringo is a guy who can appreciate words of affection just as much as anyone else. But even more than that, he's a guy who just wants to vibe. He could sit in silence for hours with just you and him. Even if you did have a conversation, Johnny would listen to anything you have to say and be completely satisfied, as your voice and thoughts are like a gentle flame that soothes his wintery soul.
✭ There is something to being close to you that brings about a sense of ease that Johnny has no other way of achieving. The simple idea of resting his head on your lap while you stroke his face, as you tell him about your day, makes Johnny wish the day would go by faster when he's on the job.
✭ Johnny will take an interest in what you're interested in. If you were to plant a garden in your humble abode, you will find him on more than one occasion tending to it. Whether it be pulling weeds, tilling the dirt, or watering, he'll do anything to help you. If you were into painting, he would always be on the lookout for interesting pigments for you to try, amongst other art supplies. And if you were into books, you would be sure that he'd visit every book store to look for anything you can get absorbed into. Not to mention, he'd participate in discussion regarding these novels (might even snatch up and read a couple himself).
✭ Johnny is a simple man through and through. Of course he will appreciate words of affirmation and gift giving. To hold him and be held by him are things that also drive him wild. But if you want to think outside the box, something as simple as doing his laundry, helping to clean up his neckline with a razor, or brushing his horse, could be so meaningful in a way you couldn't even imagine. In his mind, there's a certain amount of intimacy when somebody meticulously and lovingly tries to help you out with your day to day life.
✭ The basis of Johnny Ringo's love language is through actions. He has no problem communicating through words, but actions simply come more easily to Johnny. Even if he were to break out of his shell more, as far as communicating goes, he would still feel that it would be better to show you how much he loves you instead. And just the same, all the honeyed words one could say will always be less than what someone does to show how much they love their other.
