Chapter 4: Captured & Tormented

Tsumugi woke up as she adjusted to the light, she looked around as she saw someone right in front of her. Her eyes widen as she frantically looks around as she notices herself being clamped up in a chair with metal bars wrapped around her, she looks back up to try and see who it was. The room was dimly lit but the figure walked into of the dimly-lit room. It was none other than Junko Enoshima. "Hello Shirogane-san~!, I was wondering when you'd walk up!" The strawberry blond girl smiled wickedly as she spoke in a sort of sing-song tone in her voice, Tsumugi continued to try and break free from the metal bars as hard as she could but she couldn't break free. Junko rolled her eyes in annoyance as she slowly walked up to the blue haired girl as the latter tried and continued to break free even with no avail. Junko knelt down to Tsumugi as she held Tsumugi's chin, as she stared at Tsumugi being dead serious. "Now, Now. I can't let my amazing remnant we freed you know hm? You're far too important. Besides.. You wouldn't want your friends to become endangered would you now?" Tsumugi was left speechless, as she tried to think logically on what to do in a situation like this, she looked down sadly as she sighed in defeat. "Fine.. I'll accept your offer Enoshima-san.." Junko squealed in delight but she now became more composed as she picked out something from her pocket, a needle with some sort of chemical inside it. "This wouldn't hurt in the slightest, yeah?"

Maki was looking around in the facility trying to find Tsumugi, after a while everyone noticed their friend has gone missing as they all felt guilty for not noticing earlier, even though Maki continued to find traces of Tsumugi until she noticed a note on one of the desks inside of the Shirogane's room, it reads;

"Hello future foundation!, as you may or may not know you may have noticed a friend of yours has gone missing no? Well I have a scoop for you! I, The Junko Enoshima have taken her whilst you were all busy taking care of those other remnants, Anyways! I have taken her because I know you would all have forgotten about little miss plain jane over here! So you don't have to worry about those sorry little asses of yours! Besides, if you do want her back.. Sorry to burst your bubble. She's staying with me from now one. Pretty sure none of you guys are gonna miss her anyways! Sooooo Buh Bye!"

- Junko Enoshima

Maki's eyes widened from the letter, as her brows furrowed. She ran out of the room as she told the closest person who she was able to see (In this case Tenko) to call everyone. Once everyone was gathered, Maki told the group about the note and Tsumugi. Kaede mentions that they all should go find her but Maki refuses, telling that it would be too dangerous. So she and Tenko went out to find her, While Miu sends out the location to where Junko has kept Tsumugi in, and Rantaro to guard if anything happens. Junko threw away the needle in hand as she looked at the cosplayer binded into the chair. She was smiling as she looked like she was enjoying what she was doing to Tsumugi. The bluenette was just staring at Junko fury, but she already tried to break free, which didn't work. Miu was talking into a microphone she owned as Tenko and Maki were given smaller ones as to communicate with their friend. The inventor told where Tsumugi was captured as the two were following her directions.

Tsumugi felt as if her mind was going blank, as she heard Junko continuing to speak to her. "Soooo~ How are you feeling?" For a second, the cosplayer felt as if she wasn't in the right state of mind as something was taken over just for a brief moment. Then she snapped back almost as if nothing happened. She looked up to the fashionista and scowled at her. Junko groaned in annoyance. "Ugh, Whatever. At least I do have some alternatives to turn you to do my bidding." Junko then grabbed something from a nearby table, a kind of remote. She pressed a button and a small screen raised up from the ground. Tenko and Maki entered the building as monokumas went to attack them, they were able to assassinate most of them; as they continued on as Tenko and Maki looked around each room to find where Junko kept Tsumugi. Tears fell down from Tsumugi as she was forced to watch something Junko had made. What Junko was showing on the screen was a video. A video of the cosplayer smiling wickedly as there were only 4 people left on podiums as she told what she was doing, Everyone has died because of her. She prepared a killing game just to entertain others or as the cosplayer in the video called it the 'Outside world' she was Junko's reincarnation or most specifically as Tsumugi in the video called herself "Junko Enoshima the 53rd." This made Tsumugi feel sick in the stomach, and yet she felt as if she was losing control over her body, almost as despair was taking over.

Tenko and Maki were finally able to find what room Tsumugi was being held in, They entered quietly. At the other side of the door, Tsumugi was being held by Junko from behind. She tried to escape once Junko took her out of the chair, there was blood coming from Tsumugi's head as Junko had hit her against a wall. "YOU ABSOLUTE PRICK! I wish I could kill you right here but you're important.. Whatever, once you're done squirming I'll be able to use you against your friends." Tsumugi tried to get out of Junko's grasp, Junko pushed Tsumugi against the floor as the cosplayer winced in pain. Tsumugi was able to get something out of her mouth as she spat at Junko. "I'll never let you use me against my friend Enoshima.." But as soon as Tsumugi was able to finish that sentence, she felt herself losing all thoughts and consciousness. Junko rolled her eyes as she heard Tsumugi's last words before she noticed her losing consciousness. Maki tried to pick the lock of the door as Tenko got some bandages as she placed some on herself and gave some to Maki, Maki turned her head but declined as the brunette continued to pick the lock on the door. Tsumugi was standing, but she wasn't herself. There were spirals in her eyes, as she was almost unresponsive. Junko was happy. Ecstatic even, she smiled at Tsumugi amazied on what she had done. "Won't let me use her against her friends, psh what an idiot. Now Tsumugi!~ you'll do whatever I say right?~" Tsumugi smiled slightly as she nodded. "Well! I guess it's time to test you out! BOW FOR ME YOU PEASANT!~" Tsumugi nodded again, as she bowed to Junko. Junko smiled as she looked down on Tsumugi. "Perfect~"
