Chapter 13 : meeting. (pt 2/3)

(Y/n pov)
"Yeah sure also it will kinda be like a date... would it?" I say as we get off "I think" Hunter said "well actually we should probably be early to the meeting, so we can have a date after we're done with everything!" Hunter said "sure I guess...but why do I have to be a part of the meeting?" I ask "well Steve most of the time comes with me but right now he's...you know in the hospital" hunter says while we walk into the castle and toward the meeting room.

(Hunters pov)
We pass Darius the red head I saw earlier, Jane? I think that's what their name was, Darius gave me a glare 'Was that about what I did earlier' I thought to myself "hi Darius" (y/n) says as we pass him "Hello (y/n)" Darius responds "Hello Darius" I say "hunter. See you both in the meeting" Darius says "yeah." I said as he grabbed (y/n) hand and started to walk faster
As you guys made it down the hallway "what was that about?" (Y/n) asked "well so you know how I told you I got back at Darius?" I said "yeah?" They responded "well I think I went too far with it." "what did you do?" They asked "well I may or may not have messed up by getting Eis is his skin care stuff .." "Good job." "Yeah I guess..I also did something else I'm not going to tell you just yet"
(Y/n pov)
After he was done explaining I realized we were still holding hands.."Hey Hun- golden guard" I asked "yeah?" "Can you keep holding my hand till we get to the meeting-?" I blushed the whole saying, "HUH." He yelled realizing that we were still holding hands and in accidentally pulling away fastly "It's okay if you don't want to" I say slightly frowning but not that noticeable..well apparently it was "no it's fine I'm just not that use to physical touch" he said blushing a tiny bit holding his gloved hand out. I was a little bit shocked for some reason but I took his hand to hold it he smiled a bit under his mask

Before we walked into the meeting we let go of each other's hand "you ready?" He asked "no not really" I said laughing a bit "too late!" He said opening the doors, I looked inside...it was empty "did we go to the wrong room?" I ask "no, we just came really early so the rooms to ourselves for a little while" hunter said holding the door open for me as a walk in "you know- actually nevermind it's not important right now" I say Hunter got a confused look on his face "when will it be important?" He asks "in a few years maybe" I said "YEARS!?" He yelled in shock "yep years" I say while we take our seats "5 minutes till the meeting starts" Hunter says nervously "what is it even about?" I asked "planning for the party and something else they didn't tell me" he said "okay what do you thi-" I spoke but getting interrupted by the door opening we both looked ...it's the girl we saw at the town earlier "you two." She says walking towards us but she gets interrupted by Jane and Darius coming in "Oh hey (y/n)!" Said Jane "Hey Jane!" I wave "do you know what the other part about this meeting is about?" I ask "no but I know Darius knows" she said taking a seat next to me then Darius sitting across from her (sitting next to hunter) "it's about the dance and a new coven leader" Darius says "who's that?" I ask "Me." Avi says sitting across from me at the end of the table before we could start talking again the rest of the coven leaders walked in and took their seats "okay so what are we going to talk about first" Hunter asks "the new coven leader so that's out of the way" Adrian said (the illusion coven head) we all look at Avi "okay then i'm Avi and i'm the new bard head coven"

(After they are done talking about that because I'm bad at writing that stuff)

"Okay now that's over it's time to talk about the dance" Darius says as they began talking I blanked out because I knew hunter would fill me in if I asked
(A hour later)
"Earth to (y/n)!" Hunter says waving his hand in front my of my face "huh?" I say he doesn't say anything but he grabbed my hand and he dragged me out of my room "so whatcha want to do now that the meeting is over" he asked "before we go get food wanna go visit Steve?" I ask "sure" I say as we start to walk towards the hospital of some kind Owlbert flies up to me with a letter in his beak "hoot hoot!" Owlbert says dropping the letter in front of me and flies off I pick up the letter and I see it's from king 'I didn't know he could read' I thought "you can just read that when we get to the hospital" hunter says "yeah I know" I say putting the letter in my pocket
When we get to the hospital and head to Steve's room "Hey guys!" He says "how's your back?" I ask "shi- pretty bad" Steve says "did you guys hear what happened to the prison?" Steve asks "no what happened?" I say taking a seat next to Steve's bed "the owl lady and some girl with cat ears broke in and let all the prisoners loose" Steve spoke quite loudly "maybe king explained that in the letter he gave you" hunter pointed out "yeah maybe" I say taking out the letter
