After a few days
Since she began speaking with Cole, days had been passing by in a blur for Reyna. She was having a great time talking to him, and she could strongly feel that he was developing feelings for her. Their bond was growing stronger, and she was falling more in love with him with each passing day.
Reyna locked the door and took out a large secret box from under her bed. She placed it on the bed and stood up before sitting on the bed and taking off the lid of the box with a huge smile on her face.
She kept all of Cole's belongings in it, including his ring, bracelet, photographs, and shirt, which she had stolen from Ethan's room along with the glass he had once used to drink water.
No one else on the earth could love somebody the way she did. Loving him brought her deep inner peace.
She kissed one of his photographs in which he was smiling.
"Oh god! When he smiles, my heart smiles, and I just want to be the reason for his smile," she murmured, gazing at his photo with immense love in her eyes.
She picked up his t-shirt and hugged it close to her heart with a contented smile on her face, feeling as if he was hugging her.
"All I want is to be able to hug you like this one day, Cole. Please, God, grant this wish because you know how much I'm longing for this." She prayed, unaware that God was already planning to fulfil her wish very soon.
She immediately stuffed the items back into the box, shut it, and hid it under the bed after being startled by the knock on the door.
She let out a sigh as she made her way to the door. She opened the door and saw Ethan.
"Reyna, are you free in the evening?" He asked her.
"Yes. What happened?" She nodded and inquired.
"I planned a party for Cole's yesterday victory. Ella is also coming, so I thought why don't you join us." As he told her, her eyes twinkled and a wide grin flashed on her face.
