"No, it's your life, Dad, you can love anyone. If you're happy with her, I don't have any problem." After listening to his son's words, he became certain that someone had changed him. He was stunned because, first, he forgave him, and then he had no objections to his mother staying in his life.
"Who is the girl, Cole?" James asked him directly, startling him.
He rubbed the back of his neck and lowered his gaze, getting shy. "What are you talking about, Dad?
"I know someone has changed you," James said with full confidence.
"Is that so obvious?" He murmured to himself, not knowing that his dad heard it too.
"Yes, my son. It's evident in your eyes, which have developed their different shine, and your changed point of view is clearly showing that someone is behind all this, and I want to meet that lucky girl." A smile flashed on his face after knowing that everyone could see in his eyes that he was madly and deeply in love with someone.
"You're right, I'm in love with someone. I'll make you meet her. She is special and unique, and the most important thing is that she loves me as no one else can. A smile automatically spreads across my face when I see her face.
