Rise of the Jester

Update

Hey guys! Or whoever still has this in their library but I'm not dead!

It's been a crazy couple of years. I'm in college, I actually have a job which is the first job I've ever had, and I have a car now

I'm an adult which is terrifying to think about

I've been working the summer at a camp (not sharing any details about it because it is very well known and easy to search up) and have been rewatching Overlord for a few. Overlord always makes me think of this series and is the reason I finally decided to come back to wattpad

This book is also the first book I'm going to rewrite before starting new stories as the year comes to a end

I'm excited to get back into writing and we'll see if I end up giving up again but hopefully I don't, cause I fucking miss writing stories

Anywho, before I start rewriting EVERYTHING from scratch, here's the rest of this chapter which has been sitting here since I graduated from highschool

I stared at the ceiling length mirror as I slipped my legs into the pants of the jester one-piece , trying on an updated outfit as Zekeril. My eyes snapped towards the bed when I heard a squeal, watching Albedo gushed at seeing my shirtless body. Well, I had on shorts but she still blushed at that.

"You look absolutely handsome, my lord!" Albedo complimented, shaking while drooling a bit. I couldn't help but raise a brow at her before walking towards her, leaning forward a bit so I was hovering over her.

"Oh please, you're making me blush."I chuckled, watching her swoon a bit. I stepped back and finished putting on the one piece, zipping it up while turning to the mirror. A few minutes went by as I twisted my legs to see whether the stuffed legs looked human enough. A frown found its way on my face as I stared at my legs, jumping a bit when Albedo hugged my waist from behind.

"My Lord, do you not like your legs?"Albedo asked, bringing my hand to her mouth to kiss it.
"Your body is perfect. If you don't agree then ask Lord Ainz and Demiurge because I'm sure they too would agree."She said, making me smile as I leaned my head against hers.

"You're so sweet, Albedo, but don't worry. I don't hate my legs. I've accepted how I look."I reassured, carefully turning my body around and kissed her hand back.
"I'm just preparing a disguise for a mission I intend to go on. I'll most likely use magic to make them look human."I revealed, Albedo's head tilting.

"A mission? Is it unsafe?"Albedo asked, pausing when I kissed her nose.

"Nothing is completely safe, my dear. It's how you prepare that makes it safe."I said, hugging her while closing my eyes.
"Gosh, you're so sweet."I said, feeling her hand run through my hair. Immediately I started purring as I felt her fingers continued to brush through my long hair. I lift my head and rub my head against hers, Albedo laughing at the cat like behavior.

"You are quite purrfect."Albedo said which caused me to lift my head fully, staring at her for a second before grinning.

"I PURRsonally find you PURRfect, Albedo. Like your PURRsonality, PURRfume, how PURRceptive you are, and of course other words that don't begin with per."I said, giving her a kiss after every purr. She giggled with each kiss, her laughter melting my heart. I hugged her for a bit more before letting go, kissing her forehead.
"I must prepare to go meet Ainz. I'll visit you later when I have time."I said, walking her to my door. She glanced at me a few times, a chuckle escaping me as I brought her close once more.
"You don't need to be shy. I'm all yours."I whispered to her ear, feeling her kiss my cheek before kissing my lips. Her arms wrapped around my neck as mine hugged her waist. Albedo's wings flapped a bit as we separated, a open smile blossoming on Albedo's flushed face.
