The Breakown

*Goldie pulls her to the side*
"Girl are you pregnant ?" Goldie asks
"Yes...but i didn't te—"
*she gets cut off*
"Toni, what do you want to do?" Goldie asks
"Idk yet" Toni answers
"You better figure it out" Goldie tells her
"What happened?" James asks
"Umm nothing." Goldie says
"Oooook" James shrugs
*Toni leaves out first*
*Goldie leaves out the door after*
**At Toni's house**
*Valeri is playing with TJ when there's a knock on the door*
"WHO is it?" She yells
*knock continues*
"COME IN ALREADY" she yells again
*Travis comes in with a giant Teddy bear*
*Valeri rolls her eyes*
"What you doing here?" Valeri asks
"To see you...and TJ. I want to say i'm s—" Travis gets cutoff
"Look I don't need you to play daddy to him Travis. What made you think a Teddy bear would help mend you leaving us to fend for ourselves? You chose to abandon us when we needed you. Now you want to come around like nothing happened?" Valeri snaps
"V I'm sorry. I'm trying. You know I love you and our son. Let me show you. Please" he pleads
*she sighs*
"Fine." She says
*he sets down the bear and holds TJ*
"Little man is small" Travis laughs
"He was premature after all...but he getting bigger" Valeri says
"How does your dad feel about him" he asks
*Valeri Shrugs*
"We haven't talked in awhile. When I had TJ, he just referred to him as my kid. Not his grandkid. Just 'where's your kid?' Or 'I'm taking your kid and my grandkid to the store'. He claims Dez's kids, Caroline and Dj but not mines." Valeri informs him
"Dam* I'm sorry. Just know we got you"
**Ash's house**
"Dez!" She yells
"Yes mom?" He peaks around the corner
"Can you run to the store for me" Ash asks
"Why you need me to go to the store?" He asks
*she rolls her eyes stirring the pot*
"Your siblings are coming over to see you" she tells him
"Even Cas" he asks
"Yes. Even Cas" she answers
"Then I better head out now before he comes" Dez says
"Why?" She asks
"You know I don't like that man. He always got a slick mouth. Last time He bucked up to me and you know how that goes." Dez tells her
"Well it won't happen this time. You will have Leo, James, Kate and Val here too"
"Yeah whatever. Let me go ahead and head to the store. " Dez says
*he grabs the list and goes to the grocery store*
**35 minutes later after he gets back from the store**
*Ash sets down last bit of food at the big table*
*everyone comes to Ash's house and starts eating*
"I'm so glad y'all could make it. I haven't seen a lot of you in awhile" Ash says
"I'm glad we got to see you too Momma Ash" Valeri replies
"So tell me about y'all lives. How y'all been? How's everything dealing with your father" she asks
*Valeri, Kate, and James sigh*
"Well I had a baby and dad doesn't claim him and per usual he treats me like a step kid" Valeri laughs
"He always had favorites. I told him about that though. He won't learn until it's too late" Ash states
"Well as y'all know I'm engaged and he just been...idk silent since the dinner last year. So yeah" James tells them
"I'm gay and he literally tries to disown me but that's ok." Kate chimes in
"I want y'all to know. I love and accept y'all. Y'all my family even though I'm not y'all mom's but still." Ash tells them
"Enough about us. How about y'all?" Valeri asks
"You know me. I'm FNF so I'm just chilling." Ash laughs
"My businesses are good. Actually thinking about expanding again. If y'all ever wanted to y'all could work with me at the company" Leo tells them
"Me and Lyra are expecting our 1st kid so that's something" Cas laughs
"And I got promoted to COO of the company I'm at so you know I'm balling"
*Dez makes an annoyed face*
"Dez, how's the kids" Kate asks
"Well Dj and Caroline are good. You know Shay good as well. They at Shay's mom for her dad's birthday but you'll see them. I actually plan on finally proposing to her once she gets back" Dez tells them
*Cas laughs*
"What's so funny?" Dez asks
"You and Shay been together since y'all were 15 and y'all 27 now with 2 kids. I think if you haven't proposed then, might as well not even try" he remarks
"At least I stuck with the same woman for that long. Wasn't you with Lyra's twin sister Astra 3 weeks ago. Wait...no that was the video of you banging her with her best friend in YALL bed." Dez fires back
"Yeah and the week before was Shay calling me daddy" Cas chuckles
*Dez comes across the table and starts fighting Cas*
*Everyone jumps out their seats and tries to pull them apart*
"Y'all need to stop this!" Ash yells
*Cas pushes everyone off*
*Dez grabs his things and leaves*
*Cas goes to take care of his bloody nose*
"Why do they always fight so much?" Kate asks
"Because Cas always wanted to be better than Dez. That was his goal. If Dez had a fast food job, Cas would get a cooperate job." James tells her
*Cas comes in quietly and is unnoticed*
"It's all because of Charles. When Mom had me and Leo, he wanted to compare us to Dez. Since i was young, Charles would always compare us. 'Your brother could do this at your age' 'your brother did it better than you' maybe it drove me to hate Dez and be better than him. But Dez never made it better either. He always used the 'I'm older so i'm better' card. So that's why we hate each other" Cas chimes in
"Sounds pretty familiar to us" Valeri says
"He definitely does that to me and Valeri. It's unfair and sucks" Kate tells him
"Yeah...I gotta go but I'll talk to y'all later" Cas told them
*after he left, everyone helped Ash clean before they left for their homes*
