His duality

Chapter 22

JK kept looking at the chain while walking back and forth in his cabin. The chain that Hoseok brought all the way from Hawaii, may be that's what he thought, but decided to question the detective later. Truth to be told, JK was scared to give the chain to the pretty male, scared, yes scared of rejection. However a part of him kept encouraging that Tae will accept the gift. But for sure JK knows Tae will not think this as courting gift and JK is very happy for that because, JK wants himself to choose the courting gifts he plans for Tae. But the fact that JK is still not accepting that he is totally in love with the pretty boy, is still a fuss. He didn't give a thought on courting gifts, after all they are for the one we wanted to date, love and eventually get married someday.

JK knew Tae will bring him his lunch. It was 11:10 AM when JK got a little free from his usual office stuff and he wanted to make use of the time. He sat down comfortably in his chair as he inspected the chain and the dollar again. He knew there was a tracker in the dollar. As a part of his plan to mount a bug, to listen to the pretty male, JK had to redo the dollar a little. In the process of inserting the bug in the crescent, he found it already occupied by a tracker. Confused and surprised finding the tracker inside, the CEO suddenly remembered Jin and Jimin has the same dollar in their chain. He immediately suspected Yoongi who always grows overprotective when it comes to Jin and Jimin with Tae recently added in the list. He was quick enough to guess this must be the plan of Hoseok and Yoongi, as they are the reason for him to revolve around nano bugs, cameras and recorders.

JK tested the device by connecting the bug with his phone and started the device. He placed the chain on the table and flipped pages in the prospectus next to it. He could clearly hear the sound of the page flipping and the CEO was more than satisfied. In a moment, JK thought to surprise Tae and decided to leave to the apartment. He got ready to head out leaving his blazer in his chair and reached the door and then happened the most unexpected things. Obviously JK did not expect Tae to stand in the entrance and fell over him once he opened the door.

Tae looked shocked with what JK has done. He started panicking. But the sparkling eyes of the muscle man beneath him calmed him down. He slowly breathed relaxing in the CEO's clutch. He mentally prepared himself with what Jimin advised him. 'Pull up Tae its just Kook, he will understand you if you are uncomfortable. But I'm not uncomfortable'. Tae was arguing with his conscience, apparently an argument between the Precautious Taehyung and Lovesick Taehyung.

"I guess you like this position" JK smirked as the tongue poked his cheek.

That's when Tae became aware of the position. He was fully lying upon JK with his hands on either side of JK's shoulder and the close proximity made Tae's head dizzy. "Oh sorry!!" Tae immediately got up from JK only to be pulled again and fell over JK. He forgot how his effort went down the previous time when he tried to get up and JK knew he wanted this. He knew Tae's chain got interlocked with his shirt button.

Tae lay his entire weight on JK and tried to untangle the chain. But it was really hard for the petite frame as his heart was beating in full speed due to the close proximity with the hot CEO. Tae kept trying but he couldn't untangle it. He helplessly looked at JK who seemed to be enjoying the entire scene. The baby looked so innocent that made JK sigh. He slowly got up and slipped his hands behind Tae's thighs. Tae's arms immediately rounded JK's neck holding onto him for dear life. JK carried Tae to his work desk and made the latter sit on the table as he stood between his legs.

"Untangle them now. Slow and calm. I won't bite you. May be not yet" JK said as he leaned in to Tae's face making the latter lean back still holding onto JK's neck.

"Will you try please?" Tae made puppy eyes which made JK melt.

JK observed the interlock carefully. But he is not done teasing the pretty boy. He removed the first button slowly and then the next one while looking at Tae who pretended looking somewhere else. It was the third button of his shirt that locked the chain. He undone that button and saw Tae who was closely observing the works of JK's fingers.
