So, I'm back in Encino, which obviously is way better than Japan.  "Mom, can you give me my phone back?" I asked my mom as dad was pulling into the driveway. "No, you can have it back when you say sorry to Kuhiko." She said while side eyeing me. "Sorry Kuhiko." I said while rolling my eyes.

"Like you mean it." Mom said. "But I don't mean it, because I didn't do shit!" I yelled at her. "Watch who your talking to boy!" Mom yelled at me. "Whatever." I said before climbing out of the car. I can't stand my little brother, gets everything he wants and is a lazy bitch.

Before I was able to walk into the house I heard someone call my name. "Hey! Kazuya!" I turned my head and saw my neighbor, Mr. Karate. "Hey.." I looked at him before waving. "You just got back?" He asked me making me roll my eyes before turning towards him. "Yeah, we just got back like 2 minutes ago." I said while my family got out the car. "Hey Larusso!" My dad greeted him before going over to talk to him.

"Mom, can I have my phone now? I'm gonna call Eli." Kazuya asked his mom. "Fine, but make sure you stop being so rude to your little brother." his Mom sighed. "Yeah, sure." He said before taking his phone from her and going into his room.

As he sat down on his bed he searched for Eli's contact name before clicking on it. "Hello?" said the other side of the phone. "Eli? You've gotten louder." He said with a strange face. "Kazuya! Hey man, yeah sorry I go by Hawk now." Eli said on the phone. "Wait, your back from Japan?" "Yeah, what are you doing?"

"I'm texting Miguel." Eli said like it was obvious. "In case you forgot, I haven't been in the continent for a year, you might wanna inform me who that is." Kazuya said while chuckling. "Oh right! He's this dude who I do Karate with." Eli said. "You do Karate? Since when was Karate back at it?" Kazuya asked Eli.

"Since Cobra Kai opened, speaking of which, you should come tomorrow to sign-up! You'd be an amazing fit for it." Eli said with a smirk. "How so?" "Because you're literally the most badass person I know! Sensei would love you." Eli said like it was obvious. "Anyway, I gotta go, Miguel is calling me." Eli, or Hawk said before hanging up.

"Hmm, Cobra Kai? Sounds cool." He said before getting up to take a shower.

I was walking around Reseda looking for this so called 'Cobra Kai'. After a few minutes I ended up finding it, and a bunch of people standing at the door. I walked up and a bunch of people looked at me. "What?" I asked. "Nothing, sorry." A dude said to me before going to chat with his friend. As I looked around I saw someone with a blue Mohawk. As I looked at his face I saw..

"ELI?" I yelled. A bunch of people looked at me because of it too. "Sorry." I said as they walked up to everyone. "I thought I told you it was Hawk?" He whispered. "Pfft, last time you told me your government name is Eli Moskowitz, so.." I said while chuckling before looking at the other dude. "Hey, I'm Miguel." He said before sticking his hand up towards me.

"Yeah, I don't shake hands. I'm Kazuya." I smiled at him. "Nice name, it means Fire in Japanese right?" He asked me. "Yeah. You know Japanese?" I asked him. "Nah, just used to watch a lot of anime." He chuckled before Eli spoke up. "So, you here to sign up?" Eli asked me making me nod. "Yeah, I ain't have nothing better to do" I said honestly. "Well good luck." Miguel said.

"Miguel here is actually the All Valley champion." Eli bragged. "And what does that make you?" I asked Eli. "He ended up getting disqualified for injuring someone." Miguel said while sighing. "Wow, since when did Eli Moskowitz do violence?" I asked sarcastically. "Since you left." Eli said before turning to the others.

"Hey, mouthbreathers, move it." Eli said. "Oh sorry." "I'll get the door." Push overs at its prime. "So you guys wanna be Cobra Kais, huh?" Eli said before acting like he was about to hit one of them, making them both flinch. "You got a long road ahead of you." He said before Miguel and Him walked inside making me follow them.

"What was that all about?" I asked Eli. "Just messing around." He chuckled. "I think you mean looking idiotic but okay."

"What the hell happened here?" Miguel asked Aisha. "Looks like Sensei threw a party." Aisha replied. "Must have been pretty sick if fire got involved." Eli smirked. "Hey Aisha!" I smiled at her. "Oh my gosh, Kazuya, your back!" She said before hugging me. "So, your also doing Karate now?" I asked her. "Yup" she answered while chuckling. As I was about to say something else somebody started yelling "QUIET!" making me flinch.

"The dojo's closed to new students today." The man said while everyone stared. "We just wanted to sign up after we saw the tournament." Some random dude said before getting rudely interrupted.

"Do I need to say it again? Get out!". The man said before everyone rushed out. "You might wanna go." Aisha said to me. "Nah I think I'll just stay." I said while an eyebrow raised. "Everyone, fall in!" The dude yelled before going towards the front. I just ended up sitting on the side.

He was about to speak before he saw me. "I thought I said leave?" He yelled at me. "Well, Hawk's my ride..so" I randomly declared making Eli look at me. "I don't care, get out." He said making me roll my eyes. "I'm okay, I'm just making sure if I was to join no abuse is going on here." I chuckled making him roll his eyes before turning towards the rest again.

"Must've been a rager, Sensei." Eli smirked. "Were you celebrating all weekend?" Miguel asked making me roll my eyes. "Obviously he's mad, dipshits." I said making them turn they're heads towards me before turning again. "Celebrating what?" Damn, that must've hurt. "My students are a bunch of pussies. Diaz, Hawk, upfront." They're already in front idiot. "Hawk. Did you attack your opponent when his back was turned?" The man asked Eli making me a little bit shocked.

"Yes Sensei." "Diaz, did you purposely attack your opponents injury?" He asked Miguel making me shake my head with a smirk. A cheater, wow. "Yes, Sensei." Then he whispered something I couldn't hear. "What's wrong? Too tough a question? Maybe you need some help." He said before turning away from the two.

"Asian boy sitting over there!" He said while looking at me. "What?" I asked him. "Two cobras in the jungle, one kills the strongest lion, the other kills a crippled monkey, which cobra would you wanna be?" He asked making me chuckle. "Lions don't live in the jungle, stupid." I said while rolling my eyes and whispering the last part. "Just answer the damn question!" He yelled at me. "Fine! The one who kills the lion, duh." I answered.

"And why is that?" He asked me again. "Since when was this a trivia show?" I asked him, making him send a death glare my way. "Ugh, because it killed the one that was stronger, obviously." I answered. "Correct!" I know. "Cobra Kai is about being badass, and the baddest badass is the one who beats his opponent when he's at his strongest." He said, stating the obvious. "Not when his back is turned," He said while getting in Eli's face. "Not when he's injured!" He said while yelling in Miguel's face.

"Is that understood?" He asked the class. "Yes, Sensei." They replied back. "That means no more cheating, no more fighting dirty." "From here on out, those are pussy moves, and you don't wanna be pussies, do you?" He asked. "No, Sensei." "What's up with all the Sexist comments?" I asked him. "Stop talking." He said to me. "Alright." I said before he turned towards them again. "Good, that's why I had you wear your white belts. We're starting over. Diaz, Hawk, 50 push-ups on your knuckles. Miss Robinson warm them up." He said before walking towards me.

"You, get up and come with me." He pointed at me before walking into his office.

"What?" I asked him. "Are you here to join the dojo or what?" He asked me making me nod. "Alright, then here are some basic rules, stop being such an asshole, and start listening." He said while staring at me dead in the eyes. "Okay." "Plus, aren't you from Encino? Why are you in Reseda?" He asked me making me chuckle. "I'm here to sign up obviously." I said. "So where's the sign-up sheet or contract?" I said making him look up at me.

"What? I know half of these kids parents don't know what they're doing right now, including mine." I said making him chuckle before giving me a paper. "Thanks, I guess." I said about to walk out, "Also, get used to calling me Sensei."  "Yeah sure whatever." I rolled my eyes making him look at me. "Ugh, Sensei." I said before walking out and almost bumping into Miguel. "Sorry." I said before walking towards my spot I was sitting at.
