"They're kind, there's nothing to worry about, I promise." says Eddie, wrapping one of his arms behind your neck. "And if one of 'em dare to say something wrong, I'll take care of pulling out his tongue myself" "Eddie!! Come on!" he lets out the laugh he's been holding in and smiles at you. "There they are, c'mon" you and Eddie walk to his friend group's usual table in the cafeteria. "Wassup dudes" he takes a chair from another table and sits down. He taps his thighs three times with the tip of his hand while looking at you. You understand the message right away and takes a seat on his lap. He places his hand right above your thigh "May I?" You shake your head "Yes" he puts his hands on your thigh and squeeze it gently. You look up and notice that all his friends have stopped talking and are now looking at you and Eddie. "A'ight that your chick Munson?" says one of them. Eddie looks at him with a weird look "She's my girlfriend and she has a name you shithead" you feel the pressure rising in the air so you decide to introduce yourself "Hi uhm, I'm y/n" you smile awkwardly at everyone and some of them wave vaguely at you. "I like your shirt" says one of Eddie's friends, pointing at your shirt. It's actually Eddie's shirt, you borrowed it from him last night because you spilled juice on yours. "Oh! Thank you!" you reply friendly, smiling at him. "That's my man Henderson" says Eddie, so you can know who you're talking to. "Yeah, I'm Dustin Henderson" "Nice to meet you!"
You stay with Eddie and his friend until the end of the lunch break and get to know everybody. "See, wasn't that bad wasn't it" Eddie asks you at your locker. "Yeah, your friends are nice!" you stand on your tiptoes to give him a quick kiss. "Hey, I'm taking you on a date tonight, what do you say?" he says. "Of course! Where?"
"You'll see" he smirks and takes you closer to him by putting one hand on your hip. "See ya" he kisses your neck and boops your nose before walking the opposite way of you, still looking at you. He winks at you before turning around.
God he's making me crazy.
