Emery was freaking out, she hadn't meant to send the 'I love you' but she did. And now Austin wasn't responding to his phone, and that broke her. She collapsed on her floor uncontrollably sobbing, it shouldn't have hurt this much. But it did.

Emerys sobs went quiet as she felt arms wrap around her, immediately knowing whose arms they were.

"Shhh, baby, I'm here."

"Austin, what are you doing here?" Emery rose from the ground, wiping her tears. Austin cupped her cheeks, before bringing her into a loving and sweet kiss.

"But I thought-"

"I love you, Emery." Austin cut Emery off once they separated, smiling at her. He leaned in again, kissing her shortly before resting his forehead against hers.

"Don't you have an interview, sweetheart?" Austin asked, wondering if she had missed it by crying over him.

"Nope, that's tomorrow," Emery tried to pull away to fix her now ruined makeup. She could feel her tear stained cheeks.

"Love, I am so so sorry. I never want to be the reason you cry, ever again. I'm in love with you, and seeing you cry over me broke my heart." Austin pulled her back into his chest, meaning every word he said. He played with the ends of her hair as they swayed, in an comforting embrace.

Austin watched as Emery got ready, admiring the girl he could call his girlfriend. She went into her bathroom to get changed, and Austin let out a breath he didn't know he was holding. How could he breathe when she was in front of him? She was his own personal inhaler.

"Well hi there Mr. Presley," Emery joked, knocking Austin out of his thoughts. She looked breathtaking, in her beautiful purple dress. Emery wrapped her arms around Austin's neck, smiling up at him.

"Emery, you look..amazing." Austin could barely get the words out of his mouth, making Emery smile.

"I need to leave or else I'll be late, I love you," Emery gave him one last kiss before they both left, heading to Emerys interview, the lie detector.
