I smiled and took a seat beside Billie. I tried not to express how scared I was. I mean I know she didn't like me and usually that wouldn't bother me. A lot of people don't like me, but when that person literally manages my girlfriend and has control over what she does, it scares me a little bit. She could book Billie for a bunch of press and I wouldn't see her for a week. I should stop being so worried about what could be and I should focus on what's happening at the moment.

Maggie went around handing out gifts to people. I smiled as Billie began to unravel her gift. Someone had got her another anime doll. Her hair was pink and she wore a short maid dress "This shit is amazing!" Billie admired the doll through the package. Finneas waved to tell her that it was from him. She thanked him before grabbing another small gift. I was content watching Billie unwrap her gifts. I loved to see her smile. Maggie placed a bag and 2 boxes in front of me.

"Merry Christmas Maia" I looked down at the gifts and smiled. "You guys didn't have to get me anything! Thank you so much." Billie looked at the gifts confused "Who's the other box from?" No one had answered her so I opened the small bag first. It was an assortment of soaps and lotions. I smelled the soaps first "Oh my god" My eyes widened at the smell. They smelled like heaven. Billie smiled before passing me the next box. At this point, everyone stopped opening gifts to watch me.

As I opened the box, there was a little brown teddy bear inside. "Wait, this is so cute!" I lifted the bear out of the box. "Smell it," Billie strangely requested. I hesitantly smelled it. Once I smelt the bear, I placed it next to me and divided into Billie, hugging her. She smiled and hugged me back. I almost started crying. "It smells like you!" I picked the bear back up and smelled it again. She nodded proudly, before kissing me gently.

Finneas gagged and that's when we pulled apart. I laughed as Billie flipped him off. When I picked up the next box. It felt a bit heavy. "I wonder what it could be?" Claudia spoke out of nowhere. I unraveled the wrapping paper and gasped when I saw the box. The words 'Naked Wolfe' spread across the top in shiny black letters. Claudia smirked and gave Finneas a high five. I pulled the long heels out of the box. "Holy shit" I place my hand over my mouth. Claudia smiled "You're welcome".

"Claudia i don't appreciate you trying to steal my girlfriend right now" Billie interrupted with her hand on her chest. Claudia shrugged "I'm a really good gift giver Billie, you know this". Billie rolled her eyes and crossed her arms. "Billie you have one more" I handed her the bag that had my gift in it. She smirked and pulled the tissue paper out. She took a peek inside and gave me a look. I smiled as she shook her head "WHY" she yelled before pulling the box out of the bag.

"You don't even know what it is" I pushed her shoulder a bit. She pointed to the Prada logo on the box "I was just about to buy these when I was at the mall the other day". She pulled out the sunglasses and put them over her face. Everyone oohed and smiled. "Thank you baby" Billie smiled and hugged me. She whispered in my ear "I got another gift to give you later". I sat up and cleared my throat as I watched everyone else open their gifts.

A few hours later, Finneas and Claudia had left and me and Billie were getting ready to head out too. We ate and watched movies. I even got to sit in on some of the family bickering. They were debating about what color they thought the movie Spirited Away was. Finneas was frantic as soon as the topic started. Billie on the other hand was determined and adamant about her seafoam green answer. The argument might have been better than the movie.

I hugged Maggie and Patrick, and gave shark and pepper some scratches on the head. I walked over towards Laura to tell her goodbye. We had barely spoken but I would have felt bad if I didn't say goodbye. "When Billie gets out of the bathroom we're leaving so I just wanted to say goodbye. It was nice to meet you!" I smiled to the best of my ability. Laura signed and suddenly engulfed me in a hug "I'm sorry for the things I did. I know I ruined you and Billies first date. I thought that you might have been using her for money but obviously you don't need it. I'm sorry Maia."

I thought for a second before I hugged her back. "We can move on from this, but that doesnt mean I forgive you." Laura stepped back, looking at me confused.

After Billie got out of the bathroom, she took some clothes, as well as our gifts and packed them into the car.

She could apologize but that doesn't mean that I have to forgive her.

a/n: sooo Maia out here making girl boss moves. I just finished the last chapter of the this section. I BAWLED when I re read it. for the record, I'm not emotional. SOOOO in two chapters be ready :)
