Abigail's POV

I slept the whole 13-hour flight. It was awkward I had one too many drinks last night. Just thinking about what happened at the funeral yesterday got my brain all messed up. We had just landed and I had quickly changed into a dress. Willow was wearing a dress too. Had these high heels one that made her look soo tall. I was wearing the same height heels but I was short so I need the extra inches. She was already tall. Actually, wait! I have never seen her without a heel. Even when she comes out to throw trash she wears these shoes that make her look tall.

What if she's not really tall and it's just that heels ad shoes I have seen her in? OMG! I got to see how tall she is without any shoes. What if she's actually short? Like shorter than me. God my life must really be boring that things like this excite me.

Went we got down there was a couple of photographers there. We shook hands with the Head manager of the branch there. He gave me flowers and we got a few photos clicked. I gave the flowers to Willow to keep. We then drove to the hotel. We had to change and then go to the house that was being built. I heard a knock on my door as I changed into a different dress. This was partially a press tour too as I was the new head. My next few trips to any place my every step would be photographed. I just packed every I owned as I don't know how many outfits I was going to need. Ok, maybe everything I owned is an exaggeration but I did pack a lot.

I fixed the dress I was wearing it was a simple navy blue work dress. I opened the door to find Willow standing there with a notepad and phone in her hand in blue pants and a polo shirt. It looked soo simple but elegant. She then looked at me up and down.

"No disrespect but you're not wearing that," she said coming in.

"Why?" I asked her confused.

"Because we are on a tropical island, not your board room. You can wear that for tomorrows meeting. That's too fancy for a trip to see the houses. Maybe I?" she said pointing at my luggage. I nodded "Be my guest" she then opened and then went through a few clothes. "You have nothing easy-going casual?" she looked at me confused.

"I'm here for work. I should look professional at all times."

'yeah, a profession not a stuck up bitch." Her eyes widened realizing what came out of her mouth "I mean it's a tropical island you need to dress a bit causal as we are going to be in underprivileged locations you don't need to flaunt what we have. I know you weren't trying to do that but it comes off like that." She then gave me a pair of black jean. Then looked at me up and down. This made me a bit conscious about myself. "You're the same size as me," she said and left the room.

'Huh?" a minute later she came back with a short-sleeve shirt. "Go change," she said and I nodded. Going to the bathroom and changing. When I came outside she gave me a part of trainers. I looked at her feet and she was wearing a trainer too but they had a heel on them making her look taller than me. "Good, you can wear something a little fancy for the celebration they have hosted in your honour," she said and I nodded.

"How do you know all this?" I asked her as I helped her put everything in my bag.

"I have...various skills," she said with a smile that looked forced.

"ok let's go I can do this later," I said and she nodded. We walked down to the lobby and found the head, Mr Amaru. We got in the car and drove to the location.

Well, that went before than I expected. I was looking around and talking to everyone who left there in the already built houses. Whereas Willow was right next to me the whole time but then this kid came to her and started talking to her. After a while, she had picked up the kid still staying next to me but just talking to the kid and play with him. I was looking at the house when other kids came and asked her if she wanted to play. I told her to go as at this point the work conversation where done this was all causal conversation.
