~ authors note:
Again sorry for the short chapter, but whoo big twist, you may or may not see it coming. But hey new chapter, yeah, I love you all, happy reading!
We were dating. It had been two months since that night and he hadn't asked me about my slip up, or the red hood, either he had forgotten, or he just didn't want to know. Damien officially became Robin, which I think kind of pissed off Dick and Tim. Damien, even though he was only ten, was kind of an ass. I think that had something to do with the way he was raised, the league of assassins weren't exactly known for their compassion. The vampire problem hadn't yet been solved, but we were working on it, and we hadn't seen the red hood since that night, though I had no doubt he would be back. On another note it was spring and I was cleaning my apartment when I came across a box of tampons. Then I started doing the math. Two months, it had been two months. Crap.
...
The first question I had was if both sides of me were pregnant, I didn't know if vampires could or not, but I couldn't imagine I would go back and forth on being pregnant and not being pregnant. My second thought was should I tell Dick. I was happy, I had always wanted kids, but I hadn't known Dick for very long and I was keeping a huge secret from him, which was not healthy. I did the only thing I could think of, I called Tim.
"You're what?" He exclaimed.
"Pregnant, up the spout, with child."
"It's Dick's?" He asked.
"Of course it is, gosh Tim, you ass." I snapped at him.
"Sorry, had to ask."
I sighed,
"What am I going to do?"
"Well you have to tell him!" Tim exclaimed.
"Yeah, I know, I think I'm just gonna procrastinate that one for a bit, you know until I know how he's going to react." I explained.
"Uh-huh, this is all going to explode in your face you know."
"I know."
