It's now morning, and people are now waking up from their slumber to survive another day in life.

The rays of sunlight touch Jake's fair skin, which causes him to wake up. He rubbed his eyes gently and grabbed his phone to check the time.

When he checked the time, his eyes widened.
"6:45 a.m..." he grumbled, "HOLY FUCK!" he yelled.

His class is at 7 a.m. and he's going to be late. He spent all night reading love stories on Wattpad.

Jake was now panicking, and he quickly took a bath. He did his usual daily hygiene and went downstairs to find his mother happily preparing his lunchbox for today.

"Good morning, Mom!" Jake said as his mom quickly turned around with a wide smile on her face. "Good morning too, dear. Did you sleep well? " She asked. "Well... haha," Jake muttered.

His mom sighed. "Let me guess... you were reading those wholesome love stories all night?" His mom said, and Jake was surprised." W-what?! How did you know that Mom? "asked Jake, shocked. "Lucky guess, and since I can hear you squealing while holding your phone, I figured that might be the reason for you staying up all night," she said as she gave a wink to her surprised son.

"Don't worry Jake, I'm not even mad, but please look out for yourself and get enough sleep."
"I don't want my big baby to get sick," she said while hugging her son.

"Mom, I'm 21. I'm not a baby anymore, and I will not read love stories at night anymore, I promise!" Jake said while hugging his lovely mother back.

"Oh! It's almost 7 a.m. Mom, I need to go to school now. " he hurriedly said. "Oh okay, but you should eat breakfast first, dear." his mother said worriedly. "Sorry, mom, but I need to go now, I don't want to be late for school again."

"Okay, dear, be careful at school, okay? Listen to your teacher. " His mom said while giving Jake his lunchbox. "I will, Mom, take care of yourself here too, and say good morning to Dad for me!" Jake said before going out the door hurriedly.

After that, he immediately ran fast.
He doesn't want to be late again and gets another earful from the teacher. So he ran as fast as he could.

And after 3 minutes, he finally arrived at the school gate on time. Jake fixed his hair and posture before going inside.

Once he got inside, he smiled as he saw two of his very best friends beside their classroom door.

"Sunoo-ah, Jungwon-ah!" Jake yelled, but not that loudly. Sunoo and Jungwon heard the familiar voice, and both of them immediately ran and hugged their Hyung. "Good morning, Jake Hyung," Jungwon said happily. "You're almost late again, Jake Hyung," Sunoo said worriedly.

"Good morning too, Jungwonie, and I'm sorry for almost being late again," Jake said while letting go of their mini-group hug.

"Well, since you're here, it's all good now! Let's go now, Jungwon! Let's go to our class! And see you later, Jake Hyung! " Sunoo said excitedly, and Jungwon immediately followed his lead. "See you later, Jake hyung!" Jungwon said while waving his little hand. "Enjoy class!" Jake said to his two best friends before he lost sight of them because of the number of students going to their respective classrooms.

Jake then went inside the classroom and sat in his assigned seat. Jake took his notebook, pen, and correction tape to get ready to take notes for the lesson. But as he turned around, he saw a guy with green hair on the seat not too far behind him.

The guy was incredibly handsome. He had been staring at the guy for some time now that they had made eye contact with each other.
Jake quickly turned around, embarrassed.
