Thinking about it, Porsche knew that he should have guessed that "asking Tankhun for help" was a bad idea...

That thought crossed his mind as he stepped inside the first shopping place Tankhun had chosen.

~1 hour earlier~

Porsche was walking through the hallways separating his and Kinn's room from the one of the first-born of the Theerapanyakun family. He smiled briefly at each bodyguard who bowed to him on his way. It was still hard for him to get used to this. Now that he was acknowledged as Kinn's "official partner," he was treated with respect by many people. It was by no means unpleasant, but it still felt awkward to see others bowing to him as if he were some kind of VIP. Kinn had made it clear that it would always be like that from now on. He was, after all, the lover of the "famous Kinn Theerapanyakun", as he called himself. Porsche smiled at the thought. It had already been a year since they started dating and even if everything had not always been perfect, their relationship was stronger than ever and Porsche was deeply in love. In fact, this was the reason he was heading to Tankhun's apartment.

Tonight, he and Kinn would celebrate their first anniversary and he was still unable to figure out what to buy him. What could you give to the heir of one of the most powerful families in Thailand who already had everything? For weeks he racked his brain and not a single worthy idea popped out. Brushing off his apprehension; which was quite legitimate considering the character, he told himself that only a big brother would truly know a little one. Besides, it was pretty much his last hope. And anyway, if Tankhun suggested something too eccentric, he could still refuse, no ?

- My brother-in-law! Come here!

Porsche had barely stepped into Tankhun's living room when the latter threw himself on him, squeezing him in a tight hug. He returned the embrace, trying somehow to keep breathing.

- Hi, how are you?
- Better now that you're here!

Porsche smiled as they hugged. Although the oldest child of the family was a bit crazy, his friendly and warm demeanor with his loved ones always made him feel good.

- It's nice to see you too.

Tankhun eventually released him and sat down on his couch, prompting Porsche to do the same.

- So, what brings you here? Did you come to watch a drama with me?
- Not really.
- Too bad. There's a new one I wanted to watch! It's about a girl who sees ghosts, it sounds so exciting.

The word ghost caused the younger to flinch instantly, a fact that wasn't missed by the other one.

- Come on Porsche. You wake up every morning with my brother's face in front of you, I don't know what could be scarier.

Porsche couldn't hold back a chuckle. If Kinn could hear his brother...

- Good point. Actually, it's Kinn I came to talk about.
- Is it? Is there a problem? Did he do something again? I can kick his ass if you want.
- No, no, relax. Everything's fine. I just... need your help.

Upon hearing those words, Tankhun's curiosity was instantly piqued. He almost glued himself to Porsche, his eyes full of interest.

- I'm listening.
- Well... you know that Kinn and I have been "officially" dating for a year now.

Porsche added quotes to "'officially'". Between their cat-and-mouse game, their constant "I run away from you, you follow me; I follow you, you run away from me, etc.," an official date was not something that was easy to determine. They had agreed to take the day of their first date as the "official" day, leaving aside the whole "Tawan and mutual misunderstanding" period. Tankhun sneered at his sentence. He was obviously agreeing with the use of the quotation marks. He had seen his brother and the bodyguard hovering around each other for weeks before they finally stopped being stupid and realized they were meant to be together.
