i was sitting at my desk editing a video when George walked in I didn't notice until he tapped my shoulder and startled me a little so i asked "What's up?" he looked at me said "earlier we didn't say 'bye' to each other like normal" i forgot about that for a little but to be fair he did just walk away, but when we were younger around the first time we met we started this cringey thing between just the 2 of us even Sapnap didn't know the whole story. Ever since one of the first days we became friends when we left a room, or just left the presence of the other we would say bye back and forth to the other for a little.
I responded "well I'm sorry then. are you leaving now?"
"Yeah, I think I will go to my room, my sleep schedule has been completely fucked for a little and I'm trying to fix it."
"Ok well I'm going to edit for a while if you need me just come in here."
ok, bye"

"Ok actually leave now bye."
"Ok I will I really need to sleep, bye."

I was about 1:30am and I was about to get in bed when I heard a knock on my bedroom door i said "come in" and George walked in in tears I walked up to him as soon as I noticed he was crying and asked "what's wrong?" he looked at me with his beautiful eyes glassed over with tears and asked timidly in a shaking voice "I had a nightmare; can I maybe sleep in your room tonight?" I immediately nodded and hugged him.
Once he got in bed I got in after and asked, "are you ok now?" hugging him lightly from behind. he nodded his head and we both got comfortable, and both fell asleep within a few minutes.
