Bailey's pov
We just left bath and body works and I thought I'd go look around at Sephora see what was there. I was looking around and got to a section called 'two-faced' I looked at some of the products and couldn't help but laugh at the names. I grabbed a couple eyeshadow things. And asked a person that worked there what they considered necessary which consisted of foundation?concealer?contour?highlighter?blush I knew that one and mascara. She also suggested eyeliner and I didn't know which color to grab so I got one in every color. I went to check out and it came out to $124. I wasn't expecting it to be SO much but I got it anyway.
Walking out I saw this vintage looking bookstore and thought it looked interesting so I headed in. I found three books that look really interesting and they were very aesthetically pleasing. I was focusing on the book and ran into someone while walking. "Oh my god I'm so sorry" I quickly said
"Oh don't worry about it" they responded
"I'm still really sor- wait Peyton!!!" I can't believe I'm seeing him again.
"OMG BAILEY HOW'VE YOU BEEN" he opened his arms and I hugged him.
"Pretty good you"
"Good good, how's your mom?"
"Oh I'm she actually passed a few months after you moved"
"Oh I'm so sorry, your dad??"
"He's in prison last I heard"
"Damn ok well nothing changed in my life except Sara and Daniel had a baby so there's that"
"Your brother had a baby with Sara!!"
"Yeh so I guess I'm an uncle"
"So what are you doing back here"
"Well we moved back. We went to your old place but.."
"Yeh Ben my dad and I moved"
"Oh how is that little pain"
"Good lots of mental issues but good"
We started walking to check out "so uh how is YOUR mom"
"Good she actually started dating this guy is nice"
"Oh that's great" I set my stuff down so the cashier could start checking me out "so you like this guy??"
"Yeah he's nice and all he actually tried building a relationship with me but you know trust issues"
"Yeah I see"
"Will this be all" the cashier asked me I turned towards her and went to say that's all but noticed some tarot cards behind her.
"Um, actually can I get a deck of tarot cards??"
"Tarot cards??" Peyton looked so confused.
"Yeh Ben is really into astrology so why not get him some"
"Oh cool" I paid and me and Peyton kept talking I paid, he paid we left the store and talked a little longer.
"Well I probably should get going Ben might be getting worried"
"Yeah me too before you go can I get your number so we can keep talking"
"Yeh of course" after exchanging numbers we hugged said our goodbyes and left. I walked over to the food court and met up with Ben.
Ben's Pov
Schneider sent us off to go buy whatever we'd like. Bailey and I both went to Bath and Body works then I went into Victoria's secret. I bought some lace underwear thongs and just some regular underwear. I bought a lavender scented candle and a few bath bombs. I spent about fifty dollars in total. As I was walking I went into a store called Crystal fairy. In the end I bought rose quartz amethyst tigers eye and a few others. I also bought some incense and black salt. In the end I spent a little over a hundred dollars. I decided then to go to Sephora and I bought pretty much everything I needed. Once I finished buying everything I went to the food court and sat at a table. After about thirty minutes Bailey showed up schneider only five minutes after her.
"Are you guys hungry?" He asked.
"Yes," I answered immediately.
"No," Bailey replied plainly. We ended up getting pretzels with cheese. Bailey ate some of her pretzel and I completely finished mine. I grabbed her hand to let her know that I was proud of her and she smiled at me.
"OH BEN I SAW PEYTON TODAY" Bailey said. Her voice was a bit louder than necessary but, I didn't mind.
"Really how is he?" I inquired. (that's right people I know smart words 😎) (so proud of you🥹)
"He's good,Daniel and Sara had a baby" they explained.
"Oh how wonderful" I cheered.
"Okay we need to stop we sound like middle aged soccer moms" I joked.
Bailey started laughing. "Hey I have a right I haven't seen my best friend in 6 years! Anyways how's your rib feeling??"
"Yes now can you stop asking me every 15 minutes!?"When we finished eating we went out to the car but, first we made a pit stop at Build a Bear. Bailey made a regular bear and named him Loki. I made a white bunny and named him Bentley. Shcnider made a brown teddy bear with a top hat and named him money. I thought it was weird but who am I to judge? When I packed all the bags in the car I wasn't sure what Schneider bought but he had a ton of bags. I decided not to question what a lonely rich man with daddy issues spends his money on. Last time I did that I ended up reading fifty shades of grey.
We went to a place called 'Wicked Sensation' and walked in. I smelt weird like rubbing alcohol and ink? There was this constant buzzing and Bailey had a huge smile on their face. Schneider gave two papers to someone at the front desk. We followed someone through curtains acting as a door. Then it hit me we were in a tattoo parlor. We went into a small room type place and the piercer in there said "hi I'm Dan I'll be peircing you today so who's going first" I did not wanna go first.
"I'll go" Bailey sat on the bed thing. "Can I get anything"
"Yeah what ever you want" Schneider smiled
"Ok Dan can you please pierce my septum"
"You gay??"
"Yeh"
"Great"
Dan pulled out the needle and I felt kinda sick he stabbed Baileys nose and she didn't even move and eyebrow. Even Dan seems impressed. She stood up and looked in the mirror. "Oooooo I like it"
"Your up next kid" Dan festered to the seat.
I sat down taking a deep breath. "Can I just get my ears pierced" I took another breath and then felt Bailey's hand in mine.
I closed my eyes and then all of a sudden we were done. I got diamond earrings put in. Schneider paid and got Bailey a couple nose rings.
When we got back to the apartment, Schneider handed us a bunch of bags.
"I'm not carrying all your stuff Schneider" Bailey scoffed.
"You're right that's not for me it's your stuff" he corrected.
"Wha-"
"Bailey don't say a word I bought you and Ben all this because I wanted to" Schneider said sternly. I chose not to argue knowing I wouldn't win and Bailey didn't say anything else either. Bailey and me headed to the spare room and sorted through our things looking at what he got us. He got me the stitch bad and Bailey the slytherin robe and all the clothes we wanted but thought 'that's to expensive'. He also seemed to buy us the whole damn apple store. We were both in awe but sooooo thankful.
