BEFORE WE START LETS READ THIS QUOTE
WHAT IS DECISION?
╰┈➤ the action or process of deciding something or of resolving a question.
" REMEMBER THIS
AT ALL TIMES OR SITUATIONS WE NEED TO DECIDE "ALL THE TIME WE HAVE TO MAKE DECISIONS
Is free will a decision?╰┈➤ To be granted free will, one must be the author of one's choices, without the interference of people and of mechanisms outside of one's reach. This is what we call agency, that is, being and feeling like the “owner” of one's decisions and actions.
Why good decision making helps?
╰┈➤People make decisions all throughout their day, most of which are straightforward and don’t require much thought. However, when situations are more complicated and have longer term impacts, it’s easy to feel unsure or hesitant.
2 Types Of Decisions
1st . GOOD DECISION╰┈➤ A good decision is one that is made deliberately and thoughtfully, considers and includes all relevant factors, is consistent with the individual's philosophy and values, and can be explained clearly to significant others.
2nd BAD DECISION
╰┈➤Bad choices often involve acting due to emotion rather than reason. The decision to double down on bad choices is often driven by ego and sense of self. Resilience involves combining emotion and logic, admitting when we are at fault, and learning from our mistakes

IMPORTANCE OF MAKING GOOD DECISION?
leads to better results (and fewer repercussions). Better decisions might leave you with more options and flexibility. Conversely, a good decision might shut off other options but open up a new opportunity. When you make better decisions, it also means you're learning from your mistakes.

Life is full of choices.
Steps to Improve Your Decision-Making Skills
1. IDENTIFY THE SITUATION
- you can’t come up with a good decision if you don’t know the situation. . . As in chess you need a plan before acting because one mistake can have a big impact
2. Consider all the possibilities
- Making a decision can result in several different outcomes and not all of them may be obvious. When considering each option, don’t just list the positives and negatives; write down any likely consequences.
3. THINK WELL
- You need to think carefully to avoid mistakes or if you make a mistake it will not be too big.
4. ASK
BY ASKING YOU CAN GET AN IDEA OR A SOLUTION.
5. RETHINK YOUR OPTION
- If you’re up against a lot of pressure over a decision, or there are some new factors to consider, look over your options again. You might decide that your original decision is still the best one, but give yourself the option of changing course. If a decision no longer feels right for you, go through these steps again to figure out a better solution.
SO THAT'S ALL ....
