Arjun's POV:
Flashback continues-
Everything is going on smoothly. Sakshi started talking to me normally. We chat daily because of Siya as she throws tantrums to talk with Sakshi and as a good father I am making her wish come true.
Day by day Sooraj and Devika's wedding is coming near and my excitement is growing older.
"Hey conscience are you here?", I called my conscience.
"Unfortunately I am", My conscience replied.
"Hey I thought about cancelling our plan of contractual marriage with Sakshi", I said.
"Why what happened?", Conscience asked.
"I thought since everything is going normal so I should propose Sakshi and this time she might say yes to me", I said.
"And if she doesn't", conscience asked.
"Then let my love be in my heart", I said sadly.
"What do you mean", conscience asked narrowing his brows.
"I mean to say that I loved only Sakshi truly but if she rejects me then it's ok I will not wait for her because I have to think of my daughter also. She also needs a mother so I would let my love be in my heart and would marry a down to heart girl", I said sighing.
"Arjun are you sure about your decision?", My conscience asked first time worried.
"I am 100% sure and don't be worried of me because mocking suits you not worrying", I said joking.
"Whatever", conscience said rolling his eyes.
"Hey Arjun", Sooraj said breaking my trance.
"Hi", I said..
"What happened? Is there any problem?", Sooraj asked and I nodded no.
"Actually I was planning to propose Sakshi", I said dropping the bomb.
"Oh finally you thought to confess. Finally my dream of dancing in your wedding would come true", Sooraj said dreamily.
"How are you sure that Sakshi would say me yes", I asked narrowing my brows.
"Because you are good hearted, handsome, rich, cute and intelligent", Sooraj said.
"I am everything but good hearted", I thought bitterly.
"Let's see", I said.
"Chill she would say yes", Sooraj assured.
"Hope so", I said.
"Don't be tensed and let's go from here now or we will miss our flight", Sooraj said.
"Yes let's go", I said.

"Arjun I was thinking if you propose Sakshi at the mehendi night you know because that night her parents and mainly girls side will be more busy in wedding arrangement so you can propose her in her father's absence. What's say?", Sooraj said.
"Yeah not a bad idea", I said.
"How could it be? Afterall I gave the idea.", Sooraj said proudly.
"Whatever", I said and Sooraj made faces.
Slowly slowly Haldi passed and mehendi night came and now everyone is returning after so much commotion whole day.
"Arjun I said Devika to take Sakshi at the hotel's rooftop and she went", Sooraj said.
"Ok let's go", I said and started feeling nervous.
"Actually I gave the mehendi artists money to write your name in Sakshi's palm", Sooraj said scratching his neck.
"Are you crazy? What if she says no", I shouted at Sooraj.
"She would not say that's why I did that so chill", Sooraj said.
"It better be Sooraj", I warned.
"Go see Sakshi is standing there. Go and propose her. Devika come let's not disturb their moment", Sooraj said and they went back.
"Sakshi", I called Sakshi nervously.
"Arjun don't feel nervous. Be a man and propose her", my conscience suggested.
"Arjun ji what are you doing here? Where is Devika?", Sakshi asked me confused.
"Actually she went away with Sooraj", I said.
"Oh", she said.
"The moon is beautiful", I said.
"Yeah just like me", Sakshi said and giggled.
"True", I said.
"Sakshi", I said.
"Hmm", Sakshi responded and looked at me in my eyes.
I took a deep breath and put my both palm on her cheeks holding her soft cheeks and said,"I love you the way you deserved to be loved. I love you the way a soulmate loves his soulmate".
After my small confession, I didn't realised when my lips touched her forehead.
After kissing her forehead I said," Please be my woman and let me be your man".
"How dare you? After whatever you did, how could think of proposing me? Are you planning to propose me so that by melting in your soft words I say you yes and then you could marry me and can rape me the way you wanted?", Sakshi said piercing my heart.
"You know what lusty people like you don't deserve to have a soulmate. I thought you changed but no you are the same but this time you are just trying to trap me using your pathetic proposal but I won't be fooled by you but unfortunately your plan got failed. Thank God I am intelligent enough to understand your plan. I hate you Mr Arjun Singhania and I would pray to god that I never see you again after the wedding", Sakshi said and I just listened to her allegations.
"Bastard", Sakshi said a last word and left.
