This one takes place after Signora's ceremony, they walk outside and then shit is about to go down. Pierro, Capitano and Pulcinella come later because Pierro and Pulcinella are dads and they need to fix shit and I just don't feel like writing a plot for Capitano. The Harbingers left the chapel Signora's body was burried in, it was cold in the environment and it was a cold tension. The Harbingers weren't too fond of each others company, so more reason to be in headquarters fast. The way back was silent - no one talked, no one cared - the only ones walking together were Arlecchino and Columbina, for personal reasons, that almost every Harbinger knew. Most likely that Pantalone was the first to notice - he needed to be observant and sly to become the wealthiest man in Teyvat, a reason why he noticed Arlecchino's less cold behavior towards Columbina and the little changes Dottore's clones had from their original, the breathing, living and the one that could feel something.

Nearing headquarters, the air decreased in its temperature, and that was strange, because the building should've been warmer. Thanks to the heaters Pantalone installed and funded around the building - to much displeasure of his colleagues who rather had it cold - the temperature should be above 0 °C around here. The other Harbingers noticed the change in heat too and gave each other some confusing looks before proceeding further ahead.

The source of cold was soon found, a layer of everlasting ice covered the building. There was no way in, nor was there a way out. Tartaglia cursed under his breath and Sandrone let out a little scoff.

"Utterly ridiculous, who does this person think they are"

Columbina snarled and looked at Arlecchino with a pout, which in return looked more annoyed than she already was. Arlecchino looked into the direction of Pierro and Pulcinella.

"Could you two try and fix this, it wouldn't be too nice if all of us freezed to death"

It was said with slight anger in her voice and the two elders quickly made their way over to her majesty's residence.

Dottore was a little behind and observed the situation. His eyes immediately drawn towards the banker. No one seemed to pay attention toward his vulnerability towards cold - their selfish asses were too busy with being annoyed they couldn't get rid of each other - the doctor softly smiled when Pantalone shivered from the cold.

Dottore studied Pantalone's moves for a little while and got too drawn by it to notice changes in his environment, or more important, changes in his colleagues positions. It wasn't a surprise that the doctor didn't notice his fellow Co-Harbinger, The knave, standing beside him.

"Do you like him?"

The doctor jolted up in surprise and confusion. He didn't know Arlecchino was standing there, and he really didn't expect her to be talking to him, let alone ask him questions.

"That's none of your concern knave"

"It is, if every meeting we have, you need to stare at him"

Arlecchino snarled back at him, annoyed but also mischievous as if she just stole candy from the local drugstore.

"From all of you he is the one I have most things in common with, so yeah I like him"
