When i got off the bus, i stared at Oakwood high school i saw last year. "yep, exactly the same." i sighed to myself.

I walked up the stairs to the school and looked to see my 'friends' waving at me.

"how was your summer!" Ruby and Delilah both said at the same time. I giggled, "good! what about you?" i asked.

Delilah was about to answer but her mouth fell open as she glanced behind me. I turned slowly to see Dean Anderson, the 'bad boy.' Next to him was Joseph Reed and on his right was Mike Woods.

I rolled my eyes and turned back to Del and Rubes. Finally the bell rung and i sprinted to class.

Mrs. Steven Started talking about the school trip. Something about camping? maybe. I had to go since my mom is going to be out of town that weekend. I sighed.

"Olivia!" the girl next to me whispered. "mhm?" I stared at her. "Are you going to the camp site?" she asked excitedly. "yeah, sure. I am." I said dryly. "yay! can we share bunks? i'm tiffany by the way." I rolled my eyes, "well, you already know my name." I laughed silently and held my attention back to what the teacher was saying.

"sign up sheets with parents signature are due this Friday." I raised my hand and got called on. "how long is this trip going to be."

"one week long dear. I hope you can make it." She stared at me for a second and then started talking about math, like what this class was supposed to be.

*three long classes later*

I walked into the lunch room and grabbed an apple and water while finding my table.

Tiffany sat with me, Delilah, Ruby and some other popular kids.

They all had salads and fruit. I bit into my apple and asked, "is any of you guys going to the campsite?" All of them rolled there eyes besides Tiffany, she jumped up and down. "Nah, To many bugs." Ruby said while making a weird face. "i agree." Delilah giggled. "of course i am!" Yelled Tiffany. "Why are you even sitting with us." Mumbled some random kid. "I have to go, my mom is going to be out of town." i groaned.

Someone changed the subject and started talking about the mall and stuff. My boyfriend came over from the 'football' table and kissed my cheek. I didn't even like him that much, this is just for my reputation.

I smiled at him and said, "hey, are you going to the camping trip next week?" He laughed at me like i made a funny joke. "uh no, of course not, thats for weirdos," He paused and glared at me, "your not going right?" Time to come up with a lie.

"ugh, i don't want to go but my mom is making me, since she is going to be out of town. she thinks its will be 'fun!' Its going to suck." I felt good while saying that.

"i was going to say have a good time but i know you won't!" He walked away leaving me stunned, jerk.

When the clock hit 3pm i rushed out the door, deciding to walk home.

In my backpack i had crumbled up paper for my mom to sign. I hate to say this but i'm glad tiffany will be there.

Right when i said that, i flinched from someone poking me in the arm. Her straight black hair flew in her face, Pretty. She looked nervous.

I broke the silence by saying, "we can share bunks, but i call top." I smiled. Her face lit up and returned the smile. "want to go shopping with me?" i asked kindly.

"oh my god- did the beautiful, popular olivia ask me? me? to go shopping!" she opened her mouth in shock. "you still didn't answer." i said laughing.

"oh yeah, ofc!! it would be a pleasure." She curtsied. I hooked my arm around hers and we skipped all the way there. I think i found my new best friend.
