ashton 💤🌟

We all decided to go camping, which was a grand idea because we all needed to take time away from everything. When we had gotten to the camp grounds, we immediately set up everything. We didn't want to waste time doing it later.

After the tents were up, Calum built a medium size fire that was really pretty. Luke brought his guitar out and was tuning it when Michael started to roast marshmallows.

"I love this weather," I mumbled to Ashton, who was laying a blanket out for us to sit on.

"Well, I love you," he emphasized the 'you' while cheekily smiling at me. I returned the smile and walked up to him, wrapping my arms around his waist and nuzzling my face into his neck. I breathed in his familiar scent as he wrapped his own tan arms just underneath my arms. We stood there for a good minute until Michael asked for Ash to help with the hotdogs he brought. I laughed at Michael, him glaring at me as I sat on the blanket. The sun was already going down, and it was getting chilly. I should've worn my jeans instead of these stupid ass shorts. I mentally slapped myself for making the decision. Ashton offered me a hotdog, but I thanked him and turned down his offer because I anted hungry and I was more focused on my ice-cold legs. He must've noticed me shivering because he gave me his hoodie that he wasn't using and another blanket. The hoodie smelt like him, which was great because I love the way he smells, and the blanket was thick. I quickly threw on the hoodie and wrapped myself up in the heavy blanket.

Soon, it was dark and we were all gathered around the campfire, Luke singing with Calum and Michael harmonizing. Ashton sat beside me, me practically on his lap while he traced small patterns on my shoulder while I was almost asleep. He kissed my head once and a while and it was nice. This is literally what I've been looking forward to in life. No worries at all, just all of my favorite people in one spot while we relax and have a good time. I smiled at the thought.

Luke's voice was really gentle as he sang acoustic songs softly. I mentally thanked Jesus for blessing this kid with the voice he has because damn. Luke's voice slowly faded as my eyes got heavy, sleep ready to take over my body. The last thing I remember is Ashton carefully carrying me into the tent, I'm pretty sure, and laying me on the air mattress. The mattress skin was cold, given the fact that nothing was covering it and it had been sitting here in freezing ass air. I shivered at the contact, but settled when Ashton climbed in next to me and pulled me on top of him and wrapped his arms around me tightly. I snuggled my face down into his neck once again before I fully drifted into sleep.
