Then you gently took his head off of your stomach and rolled your suitcase towards the front door.

This was it. You were done with his drunken and verbal torment.

“Goodbye, Sehun,” you said before shutting the door closed.

You were clean.

As the entire memory of your toxic relationship washed away, your crying ceased.

Yes, you had let go of Sehun but those 3 years were some of the happiest of your life.

With every trace of him gone, you could finally be happy.

You had rebuilt your entire mental health from scratch. Worked hard to achieve your idol dream.

You had grown to not be the second choice. You were loved, even if the love wasn’t from your ex you still felt cared for.

And you had grown to love yourself which was the most important value you developed.

You were clean from Oh Sehun.

And you were happy.

And you had Jungkook.

Someone who had cared for you and you know would always countinue to do so.

You knew that he believed in you

So you wiped your tears

Wiped them, forced a smile

A smile you know would speak louder about your emotions than you tears

And proceeded to open the door

The door, on the other side of which Jungkook was waiting.
