It was 1:55 PM and Y/n went to Wisteria Café and saw Tanjiro waiting for her.
She sat at the table Tanjiro ordered for them.
Tanjiro was with a smile but something he noticed you weren't smiling the same way you used to smile to him. He shook it off.
Y/n's POV;
I sat at the table Tanjiro ordered and I noticed that he ordered food too it was ice cream! My favorite flavor...
"Ah! Satoki... there you are... you look stunning... Satoki, very very stunning..." Tanjiro praised.
"Arigatogozaimashita, you look... handsome too... Tanjiro" I thanked and returned the praise.
"Well, here's some ice cream for you" Tanjiro then had a spoon with ice cream in it and was about to feed me, I was about to open my mouth but then I remembered what I was supposed to do so then I stopped him and he had a confused face.
"What...? I thought you liked Ice cream? Do you want me to get you another one--" I interrupted Tanjiro by saying;
"Let's break up." I said
Tanjiro had a shocked face for a moment and he finally spoke
"What..? I think I misheard it... can you repeat what you said?" Tanjiro asked
"I said, let's break up." I repeated
"But I thought you loved me? You always say that to me!" Tanjiro asked shocked
"I did but I know you don't feel the same... you love Maiki, and I support you 100% I promise... you deserve her more than someone like me, I fell out of love Tanjiro..." I answered him and walked out of the cafe.

Tanjiro's POV;
I saw Satoki walking away while the others were looking at me. I walked out of the café went home and Nezuko seemed to be worried but ignored her and went to my room.
I then just laid in my bed after changing my clothes. I then went to sleep but something made me stay awake
"Let's break up.." Those three words kept repeating in my head. It's like fate didn't want us to break up! No! I was fated to be with Maika Saeko! ONLY HER!

I kept chanting Not her in my head but "Let's break up.." won't stop repeating in my head!

She's that special that she's haunting me because of my selfishness! I hate what i did! I don't want this anymore.
I called Satoki a lot but she never answered any of them
Was she asleep? No she would wake up to answer me

FLASHBACK;
I saw the notification about Maika. It was a hate post. I am in deep anger because of this, she dare to call someone precious like Maika a devious slut?
I got a call from Maika and immediately answered it.
"*sniff* *sniff* TANJIRO! THE RUMORS! IT ISN'T TRUE PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE IT! *sniff* *sniff* I DIDN'T MEAN TO STEAL HER BOYFRIEND I NEVER WANTED TOO! I DON'T LIKE THIS AT ALL! *sniff* *sniff*" Maika shouted at the phone, she was crying.
I got more anger and started to comfort her.
"It isn't your fault, your just precious! Don't let them get to you.." i comforted her and it worked
I'm happy about it. She then hanged up.
"This is it... i can finally confess to her..! I just have to break up with Satoki and all done!" I said without even thinking what it will cost me.?
