Chapter 2

So I was in the forest. I saw a leafy figure move as a snake. I went a bit closer.
"GAH"
"AHH SORRY!" I said to the figure.
"Haha. Sorry, I just get startled easily.." It said to me.
"Nono, I'm the one who should be sorry! I was eves dropping!" I said.
"It's fine. I'm Shira by the way."
Shira. That's the name.
"Jett" I said. "Jett the fox! So what were you doing here near the plants?" I asked Shira.
"Earth powers duh" she said carrying a bit of magic in her hand.
"Whoa! How did you do that!" I ask.
"I told you! Hehe." Shira said. "So what are you doing here?"
"Nothing really. Have no parents. Nothing else to do."
"Perfect! Come with me!"
"Whoa!"
We came into a bush that was awfully big for a bush. She used her powers to open up the bush.
"I need your help" Shira said.
"Wha? My help? What are you thinking? I have no powers!" I said.
"You have a special power in you. You see, you have.. Lighting. That's why your parents named you Jett." Shira said.
"How do you know? Your not my parent!" I said.
"I just feel the things of nature." Shira said.
"Oh yeah. I forgot. Your the nature someone." I said.
Shira glared. "Just come."
"Okay"
I followed her into a training room.
"This is where you will be training to use your lightning." Shira said.
"But how?" I asked.
"I will teach you." Shira said. "Hold out your hands." I did exactly what she said. "Now clear your mind." I did that too. "Now wait."
"Wai-"
"Shhhhhh"
I groan. Soon, the training dummy was on fire. I looked at my hands.
"Did I do that?!" I said. Shira nodded.
"COOL! LETS BEAT YOUR ENEMY!" I said punching the air.
"But first.. We're going to need more help..."
