Early that morning, klaus helped me pack my things up and move out of my nephews room.
I'm glad to finally be out of there anyways his condoms was irritating me, knowing I'm not the one having sex.
Really Hinting towards last night.

I opened the trunk and to my surprise, klaus had four severed heads and a full dead body in the trunk.

He came up next to me and sat my things down, "oh forgot all about them" he chuckled.

Right before I could chew into him about this, I was interrupted by my phone ringing.
I looked at the caller ID and it revealed Caroline.

Haven't spoken to her in a while, I wonder what she's been up to,

"Hey Caroline" I said rolling my eyes at klaus throwing the dead body and severed heads into the bushes.

"Hey, I was calling to see how things went last night" she asked worried.

I forgot I had texted her before klaus showed back up standing over me.

"Oh right...Klaus is back for good I think but he really wants me in New Orleans. I'm guessing for the birth of his baby"
I told her while being pushed into the car by klaus.

"Do you think he'll actually stick around knowing he's getting what he wanted for the start" she made a good argument, I didn't know if this was just a rush of feelings that he hasn't really sat through and figured out yet .

I wish that when Caroline and I took that trip to New Orleans that things was different.

I needed a change and instead found someone who needed me to help him change.

"That could be the case but I don't know any much more than what was already mentioned between us" i said sinking into the passenger seat as Klaus drove us to his home.

"I'll plan to visit this weekend, hopefully I can do some detective work Caroline style" she said with a little small laugh.

I knew she just wanted to come to keep me safe, even though I don't need saving.
But I knew she meant good and plus she connected with a few guys the last time we was here together.

"Ok I'll see you then" I said and my phone returned to the home screen page signaling the phone call was over.

"You know I heard the whole thing right" Klaus said not taking his eyes of the road.

"Yep, but you don't know the context" i said and he smirked.

" ok I don't, but I know you and caroline like to gossip love" this time he looked at me with that look that got me all those years ago In Chicago.

I smiled back at home knowing that he might just gave me my answer to his true feelings.

He shook his head and continued driving us to his home in New Orleans.
