"And then after some thinking, I came across the thought: What if I have you at my side permanently?

 Of course there were many complications but the excitement the Doctor had when I told him to make that drug was almost worrying, the results were more than I had asked for so I didn't worry too much" He explained,

 I had trouble processing everything he was confessing to me "Now that everything else has fallen into place, there is just one thing left for me to do" He offered me his hand but before I could take it he began speaking again

 "When I become King of this rotten world, will you be my Queen and rule beside me?"

 Marriage was what he was asking of me, if you boil it down, all that's left is a marriage proposal from someone who's never known what it's like to have a lover much less be in a marriage.

I weighed my options out for a moment, I liked him but I wasn't sure if I was ready to marry him. But this seemed like a one way road, 

I didn't really have a choice in this matter but maybe I could learn to love him as he had miraculously come to love me,

 either way I was willing to give it a try so I took his hand and let him hoist me up, standing next to him as he laughed like a madman 

"Oh, she accepted? Congratulations, Sir! I've set everything up so it's all ready, all you have to do is lie down on that stretcher" 

I looked at Tomura confused, but he very awkwardly tucked some of my hair behind my ear and let go of me, walking to the stretcher and taking his shirt off before lying down on it.

A hand on my arm made me jump so I looked to see the doctor 

"Miss, you might want to sit down. If my calculations are correct, you're going to want to be hooked up to this machine I've prepared" 

He pulled me towards an intimidating contraption with wires and leads coming off of it from all directions, I gulped but sat down on it and stared at Tomura as I was hooked up,

 the doctor was now standing between us and pressed a button at the same time, sending agonizing currents through my body

 as the rest of my body heated up like my neck had. But I understood what I was looking at when I saw Tomura writhing two feet in the air.

 He was becoming the strongest man in the world, and I was becoming the strongest woman.
