youre standing in the kitchen while kakashi is chasing Kurenai around the house. youre nine months pregnant looking like you could give birth at any time now. as you bend down to pick up a piece of strawberry you dropped you feel liquid go down your legs. you look down and think your bladder released and you peed on yourself. you look down noticing its a clear liquid with a yellow undertone. you realize youre water broke " dad i think my water just broke " he comes running to you at the speed of light. He grabs your hospital bag and car seat while kurenai walks with you holding your hand as you walk to the hospital because you insisted on walking for exercise to make giving birth easier. once you get there your in a wheelchair and pushed to a room. you get changed into a hospital gown and put on a bed while Sakura and Ino monitored your contractions and how long they are apart. you were 8 cm dilated already. Gui was sitting in the waiting room with Kurenai while Kakashi was with you holding youre hand reassuring you that you were doing great. When your contractions started to get shorter and more painful Sakura and Ino checked to see how dilated you were and saw a head coming out . They set you up and were about to tell you to start pushing when Naruto and Sasuke came crashing into the room panting. everyone else stared at them while you just wanted to get him out of you. "can we please continue because this is painful as shit and im not very comfortable and i feel like i have to take a shit" Sakura and Ino look at you and nod and you grip your fathers hand while sasuke holds your other hand and Naruto rubs your head . You were crying while griping their hands "on my count start pushing okay?" Sakura said as she looked at you . you nod and she looks at you "push " you pushed while crying and griping their hands. she smiles at you "push" you pushed while hot tears streamed down your face. she smiles "okay almost there one last push" you pushed for the last time before you heard loud crying . you laid back exhausted and Sakura looked at you while holding a black haired baby with blue and black eyes with two whiskers on his face the same kind of whiskers Naruto has . Sakura laid him on your chest and you smiled a tired but genuine smile  at him "hey baby boy" you said as sasuke stroked your hair and Kakashi was crying. "he looks like the both of you " Sakura said to Sasuke and Naruto. You looked at him and she was right he looked like the both of them . you breath slowly as Sasuke looked at you "you are an incredible women (name)" you smile lazily at him as Naruto looks at you "can i hold our son?" you nod and hand him to Naruto who holds him while crying a bit "hey buddy its your daddy here i love you so much and i promise to be there as much as a possible can " You start to fall asleep. Sasuke and Naruto hold him and look at him with love and compassion. Kakashi comes over and kisses your head while you sleep . 

Time skip (A day later) 

you wake up to Sasuke holding your son and Naruto asleep on with his head on your thigh. The door opened to reveal an excited Kurenai she ran over to Sasuke and smiles " baby brother Itachi is here " you smile as Sasuke sit her in a chair and lets her hold him to which she hugs him to her "your big sissy is here Itachi ill protect you forever"  you speak finally " can mommy have a hug " she looks up to see you sitting up in the bed while Naruto is still asleep. Sasuke takes Itachi back and she runs over to you using naruto as a ladder to get onto the bed which wakes him up. She hugs you smiling "thank you mommy" you look at her "for what baby?" she looks at Sasuke and Iittle Itachi "giving me a little brother" you smile sweetly at her "of course baby" you look at sasuke "what day is it love " he smiles "june 11th " you look at Kurenai "happy birhday baby girl" she smiles "mine and bubbys birthdays are a day apart thats so cool"
