"Charan" "Yess (Y/n) darling" Charan looked up from his phone "Can you get me these?" You handed him a list of things to get from the supermarket "Yea sure give me few minutes I'll be back" He jogged upstairs to change into his pants. "I'll be back" "Yeaa babee" You replied back to him as he opened the door to leave. Few minutes passed by as you saw Charan coming over with a bag full of things "Here you go" He gave the bag to you and placed his hands on the kitchen slab and looked at you "These ingredients .... are you gonna bake a cake?" He pointed to the bag "Yep I saw this chocolate cake recipe online and you know I love baking so I wanted to give that a try" "Can I help you with it?" Charan flashed his baby smile making you melt inside "Aww sure baby" You chuckled and pulled his cheeks. "So... " You picked up your phone "I'll just read out the ingredients and can you check whether they are here" "Sure thing" He picked up the bag "All-purpose flour" Charan searched the bag for flour as he picked it up and looked at you with a wide smile "Check" "Finee" You smiled at his adorable face "Cocoa powder" "Check" "Baking powder" "Check" "Baking soda" "Check" "Espresso powder" "Check" "Milk" "Check" "Eggs" "Check" "And finally vanilla extract" "And check" He smiled and rubbed his hands together "Let's do it" "Charan can you preheat the oven to 350º F" "Yea sure" He did what you said and stood beside you . "Did you get the cake pan?" Charan ran to the bag and took it out "Here" "Thanks and can you get the baking spray?" "Sure here you go" "You're fast" He chuckled "Thanks" "Yea fine now" You looked into your phone "We'll mix the dry ingredients" You searched for the large bowl . You remembered that it was in a counter above. You stood on your tip toes to get it "Ughh" Charan turned to you "Let me help you (Y/n)" He picked you up and you got the bowl "Thanks sweetheart" You kissed him on the nose. He blushed "Now the flour goes into this bowl" "Okayy" Charan opened the pack of flour and did as you said. You got the sugar and added it into the flour . "Cocoa and baking powder" Charan passed it to you as you added them into the bowl "Add the baking soda, salt and espresso powder in it Charan" He obeyed you as you looked at him "What happened?" "Nothing you are just so adorable" Charan smiled and you hugged him from behind and kissed him on the shoulder . He turned and kissed you on the forehead "You are a lot more adorable than me (Y/n) " You chuckled "Now back to work" He turned to obey your orders again . You shook your head laughing at him
"Give it to me" He passed the bowl to you . You got a whisk and whisked it all up until the ingredients were well combined. "We're going to mix the wet ingredients next" He held his face with his hands and looked at you as you mixed the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla to the flour mixture . You picked up the bowl as you mixed them together. Charan came behind you and wrapped his arms around your waist and kissed you on the neck "Charan stoppp" You giggled. He didn't remove his hands. He moved along with you as you picked up the boiling water from the kettle and poured it into the bowl and mixed it again . "Can you get the cake pan atleast?" "Sure" He finally removed his hands from around your waist and got the cake pan "Baking spray?" "Here" You sparyed it into the cake pan and poured the cake batter into the pan. "Let's put this into the oven" You opened the microwave and placed it inside "Now we have to wait for 30-35 minutes" You washed your hands and dried it off with a towel . Charan pulled you with him to the couch . He kissed you over and over "You're so clingy today" You giggled as he kissed you on the neck "Is it annoying?" "Of course not babe it's adorable" He hugged you tight as he kissed you on the lips. He pulled you into his lap as you wrapped your hands around his neck and snuggled into him. Minutes passed by as you went to check the cake "I'll take the cake out" Charan ran excited to the microwave "Charan noo" "Ahhh" Charan screamed out loud as he got his finger burnt touching the cake pan. You ran over to him "Oh my godd Charan baby" You took him to sink and ran the cold water over the burnt area "CHARAN WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS? DON'T YOU KNOW THE PAN WOULD BE HOT?" You raised your voice at him "I'm sorry" He looked at you with puppy dog eyes "It's fine I was just scared" You kissed him on the cheek "Okay wait let me get the cake" You wore the mittens as you took the cake out and let it cool for sometime. You took it out the pan after it was so cool enough. You took a bottle of nutella as you applied it as frosting on the cake. You cut a piece of cake and placed it on a plate. You sat on the couch beside Charan. You fed him some and waited for his reaction. He had a wide smile painted on his lips "It's delicious" You chuckled as you took a bite yourself "Omg yes it is" You chuckled as Charan asked for more . He is the most adorable human being you've ever seen.
