Saving Family

Nightfall Zin walked with her brother to the main entrance but coming up they saw Yaoyorozu. She nodded her head looking at them. The three of them walked out of the hospital and up to Todoroki and Kirishima.

"So how 'bout it? You decide?" Kirishima asked, looking at Yaoyorozu.

"I think that--"

"Hold on," Iida spoke up walking up to the group.

"Iida," Zin said as he stood looking at them.

"Why are you here?" Izuku asked next to his sister.

"Why did it have to be you two of all people? The ones who stopped me when I acted recklessly. Who received amnesty with me after Hosu. Why are you trying to make the same stupid mistakes I made? Didn't you learn?" Iida looked directly at Todoroki and Izuku.

"What are you talking about?" Kirishima asked walking forward but Zin grabbed his shoulder looking at him not to engage.

"We're still just students, and UA's in a bad position as it is. Anything we do will reflect on our school! Don't you get that!?" Iida was shaking with anger.

"Iida, we have to. I know you don't like us breaking rules, but---" Izuku walked forward but Iida raised his fist and punched Izuku in the face. Shocking the rest of the group.

"I'm frustrated, too! And concerned. Obviously! I'm the class rep, dammit. I'm worried about all my classmates. Not just Bakugo. When I saw your injured, all I could think of was my brother in the hospital. What if your bodies end up irreparable, just like his, because I didn't step in. Have you not stopped to think about where I'm coming from?" Iida grabbed Izuku's shoulders looking at him seriously. "Or are you saying that you don't care how I feel?"

"Of course I do," Izuku said back, his head down.

"Iida. You've got it wrong. We don't expect to face them head-on and win." Iida let go of Izuku and looked at Todoroki. "We'll get him back without fighting."

"Yeah, we'll be stealthy. I'm talking covert ops here. We can rescue him without breaking the rules," Kirishima added onto Todoroki's explanation.

"I trust in Todoroki's judgment, but still, things could always go wrong. So I'll join you as backup. I'll stand behind my classmates," Yaoyorozu said, making Kirishima smile.

"You can't be serious!" Iida questioned.

"You're the best," Kirishima said as Zin walked forward.

"I've always been too far to even do something, but now I'm finally able to help my friends, my family," Zin placed a hand on her brother's shoulder.

"I know I'm hurt, but if I can still move at all, then I can't just sit still. I have to reach out and do something. Cause all I can think about is saving him." Izuku lifted his head up and looked at Iida.

"We'll never agree. So I'm going to come with you," Iida said, making the group gasp in surprise.

The group of six, Izuku, Zin, Iida, Yaoyorozu, Kirishima, and Todoroki left the front of the hospital ready to go save Bakugo. As they walked the streets Iida spoke up again.

"Midoriya," Izuku and Zin stopped looking at him. "I shouldn't have hit you back there. I'm sorry. Forgive me." Iida bowed apologizing.

"Hey you just did my job for me," Zin said, crossing her arms as Izuku looked at her annoyed.

"I have some concerns, Iida. What exactly is your justification for changing your mind and joining us?" Yaoyorozu asked next to Iida.

"Iida, it's fine, you don't need to apologize," Izuku said freaking out slightly.
