Gadgets

The twins went their separate ways as they got to school, Izuku going to class 1-A while Zin continued down the hall to class 1-H. The Support Course was set out to make some gadgets for a quirk of their choosing. Zin and Hatsume traveled down to the mechanics shop, changing into clothes they didn't care about getting dirty. Old shirts and pants, they worked on their ideas. Hatsume started working on five different inventions as Zin focused on the mask idea she got yesterday working with Shinso.

"Midoriya, I need your fire!" Hatsume said, pulling Zin out of her chair and up on a robot. She put on a protective helmet to see the fire. Zin chuckled and focused on her quirk. Blowing a small stream of fire to the color of blue to meld the metal pieces together. "Awesome!!!" Zin would try and work on her invention but Hatsume kept pulling her away to help on her invention.

"You do know the blowtorch is right over there?" Zin pointed at the torch Power Loader was holding, Hatsume ignored Zin's advice and pulled her to another metal plate. After using her power for 3 straight hours Zin was dried up.

"What happened to your flame?" Hatsume asked, lifting up the mask.

"I'm at my limit, Hatsume. I need water," Zin explained, smoke puffing out of her nose.

"Lunch time!!!!" Hatsume pulled off the mask and ran out of the room. Zin sighed and sat down looking at the rough blueprint of the mask.

"Why don't you try something smaller, like some goggles to advance Hatsume's zoom quirk?" Power Loader suggested handing her some old working goggles. Zin smiled nodding her head and putting the not so great mask on her work shelf as she took the goggles and journal with her to lunch. Grabbing her tray she sat down across from Shinso as she opened her water bottle and drank the whole thing in one swallow.

"What happened to you?" Shinso asked, surprised as Zin put the empty bottle down and started eating her food. Looking at the goggles and thinking of ideas.

"Hatsume worked my quirk till I was dry in the shop. I wasn't able to work on my own invention cause I was helping her with three inventions!" Zin explained holding up three fingers, grabbing the goggles and eyeing the lenses. "Actually if I pop these out and make them to actual targets or at least a focus point, it would be easier to zoom," Zin was ranting to herself as she made notes in her journal.

"You got a plan now?" Shinso asked breaking Zin out of her rant. She chuckled and put her journal and goggles down to eat.

"Somewhat, so anything crazy happened in your class or was it just me?" Zin asked as the two chatted for the rest of lunch before they headed off to regular classes. Sitting in class Zin eyed the goggles in her bag curious, then she caught some equations in her math class that will help.

Going back in the workshop she worked on the goggles until Hatsume once again pulled her for a test run on her boots.

"Hatsume, have you tried these yet?" Zin asked as she was forced into the boots.

"Nope!!!" Hatsume said, clicking the button, making the boosters turn on shooting Zin up into the ceiling. "Move your feet!!!"

"I don't wanna die!!!" Zin yelled back but her feet moved making her fly all over the room. "Turn it off!!!" Zin begged as she flew out of the double doors and into the hall against the window.

"Hey the window didn't break," Hatsume commented as Zin glared at her as her feet moved again sending her down the hall.

"Hatsume turn it off!!!!" Zin begged as she flew down the hall. Zin pulled her legs forward changing the direction from hitting another wall and back around. "Help!!!!"
