You wake up to muffled voices since you aren't fully awake yet.

You open your eyes and see Bailey and Justin sitting on your bed, talking to eachother while playing on there phones.

"Why are you both in here," you whine, rolling over.

"Cause we're bored," Bailey says, laying down next to you.

"We can play something-"

"I literally just woke up, Justin, I hate you guys, I'm tired."

"Well that sucks, but I didn't ask?"

"Oh my fucking god, can you fucking leave."

"No."

"Oh my god-"

"Oh yeah, let's talk about your love life-" Bailey says now interested.

"Ehhh, I'd rather not..."

"Uhm well you are dating moms bestfriend, so-"

"Ellie doesn't even like mom."

"I couldn't say I'm surprised," Bailey says laughing a little.

"Yeah... the real question is who does like mom."

"Her boyfriend," you mumble, rubbing your eyes.

"I doubt it, he just needs a place to live," Bailey says going back on her phone.

"Exactly," Justin says.

"I mean yeah- Good point," you say, closing your eyes, trying to go back to sleep.

"No what the fuck, get up," Bailey says putting her phone down and looking at you.

"I didnt sign up for this, you know what I did sign up for though?"

"Your mom."

"Hey, you can't just steal my joke, that's defeats the whole purpose!"

"Slay."

"I hate you."

You hear a knock on your door and you avert your gaze away from Bailey, "come in?"

"Your mom needs you," Sandra says before shutting the door quickly.

"Damn, lumpy space princess was in a hurry."

You look at Bailey, holding back your laughter and get out of bed, walking out of your room while Justin and Bailey follow you.

"Yeah mom?"

"Can you clean the kitchen, I need to lay down, my back hurts."

"Uh- I guess... am I still grounded?"

"Why?"

"I'm just wondering..."

"If you clean the kitchen then you won't be."

"Fine," you mumble, turning on the water and start doing the dishes.

Bailey hooks her phone up to the record player in the dining room and plays music.

"Y/n."

"Yeah?"

"Why do you care if you grounded..?"

"Well why do you care if I care that I'm grounded?"

"I hate you."

"No actually though," Bailey buds in.
