nowadays. though they often annoy me, they take care of me a
lot and im really thankful to them for it. "

| in the midst of a break during practice, suki found herself comfortably perched on a couch, engrossed in her phone. the tall boy standing idly nearby couldn't resist walking over towards her, mischeif in mind.

" suki, are you google ? because you've got everything i'm searching for. " riki's eyes twinkled as he smiled at the figure of the girl sprawled out over the break room couch. still immersed in her phone, she responded without sparing him a glance.

" really ? everything ? " she deadpanned, shaking her head as he nodded. she went back to scrolling on her phone, hoping that would be the end of it.

turns out it wasnt. her whole day consisted of riki following her around the dorm and randomly dictating pickup lines to her, determined to make everyone laugh. they could tell that it was bothering him when suki gave him no reaction.

the third time was during lunch ; riki sauntered into the common room wearing sunglasses, his path directed toward her yet again. " are you a magician ? because whenever i look at you, everyone else disappears. "

jay choked on his pasta.

" is that supposed to impress me ? " she bit back a smile, trying to appear unfazed. sunghoon snorted into his bowl of soup while jake shook his head at the younger boy's horrible attempts at flirting.

undeterred, he continued to surprise her with more, and seemingly worse pickup lines. during their second practice of the day, he slyly approached the girl, a smirk playing on his lips. " do you have a band aid ? because i just scraped my knee falling for you. " this one in particular earned a groan from suki, the members bursting into laughter as she walked away from him.

boom. a loud thud resounded through the room as riki tripped on a wire. " looks like you really need a band aid now, riks. "

the fifth and final time was in the evening as all the members lazed around in suki's room. riki, who was lying on the girl's bed beside her decided to seize another opportunity to showcase his wit. " are you wifi ? because i'm feeling a connection. "

she glanced up from her book, eyebrows raised. " seems like you need a stronger signal then. "

the members who had been discreetly observing the exchanges between the two burst into fits of laughter at her consistent indifference to him.

determined as he was, the boy leaned closer, wrapping an arm around her shoulders and pulling her from the book she was engrossed in. " come on suu, don't leave me in the wifi dead-zone, my poor heart can't handle it. " he pouted as he dramatically rested his head on her shoulder.

though she tried to maintain her composure, suki couldn't help but crack a smile at his exaggeration. she playfully pushed him, smile still lingering on her lips. " your heart can survive. now, quit with the cheesy lines. " she teased, her fingers gently tousling his hair.

he responded by nuzzling closer, ignoring his hyungs laughing at his sudden neediness. " but suki, you're the signal boost i need. " he whined into her shoulder as she flicked him on the forehead.

" get lost, you cheesy idiot. " he yelped as he rolled too far, now looking up at jake and heeseung from the floor. " that's what you get for torturing all of us with your stupid pickup lines. "
