Keiko was walking to the gates of the leaf to wait for Kakashi to return from his mission. As she was walking she heard Gai's voice and stopped. She turned to see Gai with a large grin on his face and she smiled and then she saw Lee. She thought about what Kakashi said about the two and she now agreed with him. She waved as he yelled. "HEY! KEIKO! KEIKO!" Gai said as he ran up and right behind him was Lee. "Hello Gai, Lee." She said with a sweet smile. "WHOA! SENSEI! YOU GOT HER PREGNANT!" Lee yelled making the villagers stare at the three of them... "LEE! No I did not. Kakashi Sensei did." Gai explained. "I am sorry to interrupt but I have to go." She said waving good bye.
When she finally made it she could see Kakashi's sliver haired coming down the path. When he saw her, he ran right up to her and kissed her (a very loving kiss). After the both of them broke apart and at this point his team finally made it to the gates to see the two break the kiss. "I love you Kakashi." She said warmly and he said in return " I love you too Keiko." he said resting his chin on her head.
She and Kakashi were almost home when her water broke, Kakashi carried her to the Doctors. She was placed in a delivery, after 12 hours of labor. She screams as the pain came harder to take as Keiko's small body began to give up. Kakashi pats her forehead with a cloth and then focused his chakra into his hands and slowly sent some it through his hands and then touched Keiko's hands which helped her through the rest of the labor. Soon she heard, "one more push Miss. Hatake!" the doctor said and she pushed once more and she gave birth to baby boy which Kakashi held and smiled (he wasn't wearing his mask) .
He remembered the boy from his dream but soon pushed it out of his mind and he focused on his new born son. "What are you going to name him" a nurse said with clip board. Kakashi thought about it and he looked at Keiko whom looked very tired. "I think we should name him Minato." Kakashi says and Keiko smiles and the nurse nods and leaves.
Minato cries as he is placed in Keiko's arms. Keiko beings to cry at the sight of Minato. Kakashi rubs the top of Minato's head and he smiles. "He has good lugs." Kakashi said and Keiko began to laugh. "Yes he does." She says as she rubs her son's cheek, which seems to calm him. "He enjoys his mother's touch." Kakashi says as sits on the side of the bed. "Kakashi, I love you and Minato." Keiko said as she held her son close to her. "I love you too, Keiko." Kakashi said as he lay down next to her and his son.
