After an awkward while with the frog fam and a lot of questions from sprig, the girls were free. Anne held Marcy's hand lead her to a large tree on the hilltop, "What a day." Anne said looking down toward where they came with her back to the trunk.

~{Marcy's POV}~

       "Hmm... I don't think it was that different apart from what we normally do, Boonchuy." As soon as it came out of my mouth Anne whipped her head around and looked at me, dumbfounded.

Her reaction was priceless. I almost fell over laughing, "Whatever dude. It's not that funny." I lifted my head to wipe a tear from my eye, She was staring down at me with her signature Anne smirk.

      Ugh, why did she have to be so pretty? It wasn't fair. I remember how many people looked at her during tennis, I mean I don't blame them. Hell, I was one of them. My hand brushed hers as I brought it from my eye and It sent a tingle down my spine.Oh my god, She reached out her hand and—

"MARCY! HELPPP" Maddie yelled from the forest. I turned my head and pulled away from Anne. She held my hand and averted her gaze from Maddie to me. "Well looks like our time is up for now, Wu." She got up and reached her hand out to help me up.

        It's my turn to catch her by surprise. I took her hand, pulled myself up and stood for a second. She leaned in and kissed my cheek, " Until tonight" and walked away like it was nothing.

God damnit. I will never get used to that, she just walks away like she didn't just kiss me. I mean, it might not be a big deal to her, she could just be being friendly. She is kind of bold and— 

"MARCY HELP." Oh shit, Maddie. I forgot that she needed help. "Coming Maddie!"
