Next Morning.
Manik sat in balcony and thinking about something. Nandini came to him with coffee mug. She sat beside him and handed him coffee.

N:-care to explain me why you drank so much at last night.

M:-nandu, yesterday I met rohan and got to know..... (Controlling his tears). Prerna is suffering from brain tumor, he said he saw her in xyz hospital here.

Nandini stunned hearing him, felt someone pricked her heart.

N:-do you want to meet her.

M:-hmm(nodding) I don't want to hurt you.

N:-why I will be hurt, am not a petty person, let's go and meet prerna.

Manik hugged her in relief. Nandini closed her eyes to control her tears.
Soon both entered xyz hospital and enquired about prerna. A nurse led them to a room.
We can see a weak figure lying on bed.
Her face is pale. Manan went to her.
Manik was shocked to see her in this condition. He felt a hand on his shoulder.

N:-you should talk with her, I will wait outside.

Manik  nodded at her. Nandini went outside, stood at door, she wanted conform something.
Manik sat on stool, he slowly held prerna's weak hand in his. Prerna eyes trembled.

Pr:-manik.(manik eyes held tears)

She slowly opened her eyes, she saw manik sitting holding her hand.

Pr:- manik

She tried to touch his face to confirm he was real or not. Manik held her hand and brought it to his face.

Pr:- you are real manik, am not dreaming right.

M:-am real preu, what you did to yourself.

Pr:-I thought running away from you will keep you away from my death but see it's destiny it brought you to me, when am dying.(chuckling sadly).

M:-don't tell me..... (Shocked).

Pre:- yes manik I know am going to die long back, that's why I left you. I wanted you to hate me, I wanted you to move on with someone, I wanted you to live your life. I can't see you in pain. Iam struggling from many years, I don't know why death didn't came to me, may be I wanted to see you before my death.

M:-don't talk nonsense.(hugging her) you are not going anywhere I will save you.

Pr:-manik I to want to live, but what to do, I don't have long life.

Nandini who was standing at door, felt bad hearing prerna's words. She walked inside and stood beside manik. Prerna looked at her in confusion. Manik was about to introduce her but nandini stopped him.

N:-hello Prerna, am nandini manik's friend.

Manik looked at her with confusion.

Pr:-hello miss nandini.(with small smile).

N:-just call me nandini, am a doctor too am a neurologist, I have my friend Dr Siddarth he is best neurosurgeon in world, I will contact him. He will definitely save you.
Please don't loose hope.

Manik looked her with gratitude. Prerna smiled with weak face. Soon prerna drifted to sleep. Manik pulled nandini outside. He hugged her.

M:-thank you nandu, I hope prerna will be saved.

N:-she will be fine manik.

M:-why you stopped me from telling prerna that you are my wife.

N:-manik prerna doesn't have willpower now. If she got to know you are married means she will break down. So you have to take extra care for her, you have to show love to her, so that she will recovers soon.

Manik looked at nandini's back, who was going away from him. But he didn't stopped her. Nandini eyes started pooling as she took heavy steps towards outside. Nandini went outside hospital.
She took her phone and called siddarth.

Sid:-hello madam ji, I think you remembered me after long time.

N:-sid it's not time for it, I will send a patient reports to you, can you check it and tell me will it be cured.

Sid:-ok mail me.

Nandini ended call and went to doctor attending prerna. She collected reports and mailed them to sid. Sid studied the reports and called nandini.

Sid:-nandu I saw reports, their is 30% chance's of her survival. I have to perform surgery. Bring her to London.

N:-her condition is not good I think you should be here. Bring your team. I will arrange everything for your operation here.

Sid:-ok.

Nandini ended call and informed manik about her talks with sid. Manik was happy atleast they have 30% chances.
Nandini talked with doctor and started preparing necessary arrangements.
After 1 day siddarth landed in maldives.
He came directly to hospital. He was excited to see nandu, he hugged her.
We can our monster manik is glaring at him. Nandu introduced manik to sid.
After some rest sid did some tests to prerna. Her operation scheduled after 2 days. 2 days passed in blur.

M:-prerna you have come back I will be waiting for you.

Pre:-ok.

After hours, operation ended. Sid came outside.

Sid:-nandu operation is sucess we removed the tumor, she will get consciousness after 1 day.

Manik was happy.he thanked sid and hugged nandini, she hugged him back.

N:-manik you stay with prerna I will bring food to you. I will take Sid to our villa.

M:-ok take some rest you are tired.(he caressed her hair and kissed her on forehead).

Nandu closed her eyes to control her tears.she went away with Sid. Both reached villa in silence.

Sid:-nandu are you ok.

Nandu hugged sid and started crying.

N:-am scared sid, am scared to loose manik, he loves prerna. He thought she betrayed him, but prerna did everything for his good. She too loves him so much.
I think I became obstacle between them.
I wanted to let him go. But my heart is paining. I love him so much.

Sid:-stop crying nandu. You should tell about your feelings to manik first.

N:-no I don't want to face his rejection. After prerna gets well I will go away from them.

Sid:-nandu don't do anything stupid just talk to manik once.

N:-no, sid promise me you will not tell anything to manik.

Sid:-ok but you are doing wrong.am going to London tomorrow you should take care of yourself.
