"D-did you just admit to loving me?" Asked Y/n.
Ranboo's face turned to a crimson red colour as he started playing with his fingers. "Y-yeah, I guess I did..." He said as he looked away. Y/n had a gigantic smile on their face as they leaned forward and cupped Ranboo face. "I lo-"
Y/n was interupted by a phone ringing and shuffled back to their original place. Ranboo, embarased, picked up his phone and read the contact. "Oh, it's my mom! Can you give me a second?" He asked, receiving a nod from Y/n as they walked out his room, closing the door after him.
They let out a depressed sigh as they slid their back against the door. Tears came streaming down their eyes as small sobs could be heard. "Why does this have to happen..." They murmured to themselves as they waited for Ranboo to finish talking with his mother.
It had been a few minutes Ranboo was done calling his mom, but he was sprawled on his bed as he looked at the ceiling, questioning his life decisions. "What were they gonna say..?" Asked Ranboo.
No one else was in the room. Only him. Only him and his introusive thoughts.
He got up from his bed as he walked to his door and tried to open it, only bonking the door on Y/n. "Oh, sorry, N/n. I didn't know you were there..." Ranboo said as he opened his door and let Y/n instead. "Nah, it's fine.." They replied, wiping their tears as they went inside his room, laying on his bed.
"So, what were you gonna say..?" Asked Ranboo as he sat beside Y/n. "Nevermind, it wasn't that important," They replied as they turned over to Ranboo, flashing him a smile. "If you say so," Ranboo said with a smile as he booped their nose, receiving a giggle from them, "Anyways, Rico invited us to hang out with the group later, you wanna come?" "Yeah, of course!" Responded Y/n as they got up, smiling with excitement.
How much Ranboo wanted to say the words right then and there. "I love you". It wasn't that hard, but for now, he was only daydreaming about, one day, being with his precious...
