Never Let Go

chapter 4.

We had left the upside down. It was the middle of the night, chances of anybody seeing Eddie with us would be slim still we went ahead with the plan to meet up with Mike and the others at Skull Rock.
"Harrington, sorry about my right hook back there." Eddie said walking with his arm firmly around me.
"I had to get you to stop hiding somehow. Mandy I'm sorry if I crossed a line." Steve said holding his jaw.
"Fuck no! Your intentions were in the right place. Just don't do it again." I laughed.
"Besides did you hear Nancy?" Robyn had dropped back and joined the conversation.
"Yep!" Me and Steve said in unison. We turned to each other and high fives.
"Be careful man. You don't want her being a target too... I'll explain once we've met up with the others Eddie sighed."
Nancy and Jonathan had reached the kids before us and were hounded by Dustin straight away.
"Can someone please tell me what the hell has been about where did you go with my sister? And why are we meeting out here so late?" Dustin asked more than suspicious.
"Don't freak out." Mike interjected saving his sister.
"Why would I freak out?"
"Oh my god Steve was right!" Lucas said as he saw Eddie and me get into the clearing.
"Right about what?" Dustin said turning around to see Eddie.
Quiet.... then Dustin being Dustin....
"BOOM!... I KNEW IT!"
He ran towards us I stepped to one side as he threw his arms around Eddie.
I looked over to Steve and mouthed the words thank you. Steve just saluted me with a smile
Seeing Dustin with Eddie filled me with warmth. A feeling of dread hit me could things ever go back to normal though? I motioned to Robyn she moved across to me.
"Hey do you have any pain killers." I say feeling a headache coming on.
"Sure." She says and hands me them with a partially drunk bottle of soda.
"Thanks."

"So I'm on the run from him." Eddie starts his story with the most random of sentences.
The group are litteraly sat around a camp fire built by Mike and Will before we got there.
Eddie is sat on a rock so he can see us all.
"Why are you running." El asked.
"His plan to turn me didn't exactly go as planned, he wanted to make me His head minion I guess but I haven't fully turned. He looked down at his human body.
"The bats only did half a job that night I'm thinking maybe playing Master of Puppets had something to do with it and I weakened them, but also and I know this hurts him more than anything I didn't let go."
My heart fluttered.
"While they were "Killing" me all I thought about was Mandy my mind was consumed with love they could never fully take me."
El,Nancy and Robyn made cute noises and I fought back tears.
"So if you're not... I mean if you're only half transformed can we get you back to normal?" Dustin asked the question that I'd been dying to.
"I don't want to yet. We are going to need people on the inside and outside if we are going to finish him for good." Eddie admitted.
"Well it'll just be you and El on the inside right? You'll need more." Lucas said.
"Not quite. People are hiding things and if we are going to do this we need to be fully open... don't we El?" Eddie asked.
We all looked at her all of us except Jonathan, Mike and Will had no clue about what was about to be told.
"I'm not alone in there Sinclair, Max is with me."
"What!?" Lucas said.
"I saved her life... or at least I thought I had, I didn't know she'd end up stuck... I tried Lucas I'm sorry!"
Mike instinctively pulled El closer to him as Lucas stood up and walked across to her.
"Lucas...?" Will started.
Lucas held his hand up to Will and then his other out to El.
Mike let her get up slowly.
"Thank you!.... " Lucas whispered as he collapsed into a hug with her.
"Better than her being dead. Now at least I have hope." He finished.
Eddie shook his head.
"It's no cakewalk in there believe me."
"What can we do... what's the plan?" I ask.
"We keep you out of it." Eddie looks up at me.
"Excuse me?"
"Notice I said people were lying.... I'm sorry princess but there was a reason I said that place is dangerous for you to be." I stood to argue my case as Eddie jumped off the rock and continued...
"Why don't you tell the group and Steve that little detail you missed out of your dream?"
Eddie had his hands on my waist and his head resting on my forehead his worried eyes burning into mine.
"But... Dustin..."
"He's a big boy Mandy he knows we'll keep you safe."
"Spit it out sis." Dustin said.
"I heard Vecna... he's coming for me."
"Fuck Mandy why didn't you tell us??!!"Dustin said
"It's getting worse already isn't it?... guys she's just had pain killers for a headache." Robyn announced at the top of her lungs.
"Damn it Robyn!... Shit!" I scold her.
"He's going to use you to get to me sweetheart.... if he fully turns me I can't come back to you ever. I might as well be dead." Eddie kissed my tears away from my cheeks.
"Sinclair I'd watch your back too... he knows Max is with me. At the minute we've got the better of him he is wounded but he's healing. Because he loves fear and hate the best way to get to him is through us sticking together and staying strong.
"He's gotten too strong... I don't know if I can do this alone." El said feeling the pressure.
"You're not alone love you've got me and max with you.... but you need to rest up and then we need to bring a solid plan to the table... times ticking but we can't go in guns blazing we need to be careful."

The meeting had finished and we all started to head back to our homes. It was around Midnight.
"I'm guessing you can't stay with me when the sun comes up." I ask Eddie as we enter my bedroom.
"It's a risk I don't want to try just yet." Eddie grinned.
"But I can stay until then."
I changed into just my Hellfire t shirt and beckoned Eddie to the bed. He looked at me hesitant.
He took his jacket off and lay on the bed beside me.
We held each other and made out for a while I could feel Eddie getting hard under his jeans he groans in frustration so I reach down and rub my hand against him.
"Fuck! Mandy I've missed you but I don't know if I can trust myself... what if I loose control and turn you?" He snatched my hand away.
"Ok Eddie breathe!... you haven't even fully turned. What if I take control... just relax." I purr.

Eddie made short work of losing his clothes too.

I grabbed his arms and pinned them with all my strength to the bed with my hands as I slowly started to grind him.
