Chapter 13

She heard a loud knock at the door and grabbed her muggle money, she opened the door and instead of a delivery man it was Fred and George with a slightly older man behind them, 'Sorry, we found out from your dad where you were, and Charlie here insisted on meeting you.' Fred said, 'It's alright Freddie, come in all of you.' she said going to turn down her music, 'Are you waiting for someone?' George asked as he indicated to the napkins and glass that was on the table, 'Oh yeah, I ordered some pizza, should be here any minute.' she said getting a few more chairs for the table, 'Please, sit.' she said. The three Weasleys sat at the table, 'Now why did you want to meet me Mr Weasley?' Frigga asked, 'I heard from my mother and younger siblings that you were, how did they put it?' Charlie asked his brothers, 'Disrespectful and an evil bitch.' Fred and George said in unison, Frigga smiled, 'Well they got the evil bitch part right.' the twins laughed.

The doorbell rung and Frigga grabbed her muggle money once again and went to the door, the three Weasleys heard her converse with the delivery man and when they heard the door shut, they all looked away from the door which Frigga had left through. She sat back at the table but quickly got up to get more glasses and four plates, she gave one of each to the Weasleys and sat back down in her chair. Frigga got up again after a few minutes and turned the radio on and We Built This City was playing, she smiled and sat back down. 'Are you here all alone?' Fred asked her, 'Yes, just until tomorrow, I wanted time to myself just to think.' she said.

After dinner Frigga and the Weasleys went to the living room, the radio still playing in the background, they sat scattered over the armchairs and couch, 'So what's this I hear that you know Merlin?' Charlie asked Frigga, 'I met his son and he introduced me to Merlin.' Frigga said, 'What's he like?' he asked her, 'He's really nice, not at all scary like I thought he would be. he's even asked for my help with something.' she said leaning forwards. After talking for a few hours Charlie decided to take his brother's home, they all thanked Frigga for dinner and apparated away. She sighed and went to wash the dishes that she had used, she placed them on the drying rack before heading to her bathroom to take a shower.

Later that night she lay in her bed, trying to fall asleep, but nothing she did worked. She just decided to play one of her cassette tapes, the one that she had played when her and Barty were looking at her books, she only fell asleep halfway through Master of Puppets.

She woke up later than usual, she checked the time on the clock on the wall and saw that it was 1pm, she got out of bed and got dressed, she went downstairs to check if her dad and uncle were home, they weren't. She put away the dishes from the previous night and then made herself a cup of tea and toast. It wasn't until 4pm that they came home, they walked in and saw Frigga in the living room reading the Daily Prophet and listening to her Walkman, 'Hello Eileen.' Severus said to her, 'Hey dad, mum you just in?' she asked removing her headphones, Severus nodded, and the duo went to their respective rooms, they put their bags on their beds and went back to the living room, 'What do you want for supper dear?' Tom asked her, 'I'm not sure, what do you want?' she asked her dad 'What about we go out for supper? I think that there is a restaurant nearby.' Severus suggested, 'Sure, just let me go and get changed.' Frigga said putting down the newspaper.

She went up to her room and got out a white button-down shirt, suit trousers, a blazer, a black tie and her black high heels. She put her hair up into a high ponytail and did her usual makeup. Frigga made her way down the stairs and saw her dad and Tom standing at the door waiting for her, 'Wow, very businesswoman like.' Tom said, 'Thanks mum, it's a change from the dresses, don't you think?' she asked as they made their way out the door. 'You look good in anything my dear.' he said as he held out his arm for her. The trio apparated to a secluded area in St. James Park, they walked through the park, Frigga didn't know where they were going and her reaction to Severus and Tom taking her to The Ritz was genuine. As they walked in, Frigga was surprised that Tom and Severus had made a reservation the previous day.
