[Scene cuts to Jess, Leslie, Calvin and Kelly walking. Bees Gees' 'Stayin' Alive' plays in the background.]

Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk
I'm a woman's man, no time to talk
Music loud and women warm, I've been kicked around
Since I was born
And now it's alright, it's okay
And you may look the other way
We can try to understand
The New York Times' effect on man

[Plays from Leslie's iPhone. Leslie sings along with it.]

Whether you're a brother or whether you're a mother
You're stayin' alive, stayin' alive
Feel the city breakin' and everybody shakin'
And we're stayin' alive, stayin' alive
Ah, ha, ha, ha, stayin' alive, stayin' alive
Ah, ha, ha, ha, stayin' alive

Jess: [chuckles] Seriously? 'Stayin' Alive' by Bees Gees? Are we in grave danger or something?

Leslie: Why, Jess, I know you this song!

Jess: Touche. Just continue what you're currently doing to give this forest a new life.

Calvin: See, Kelly? We passed the sixth carving and could hear the rushing water of the creek again. Our eyes darted here and there, observing the overgrown trees, but nothing out of the ordinary came to sight, except for a small spring to our right.

Kelly: I know what you were talking about, but that's a good lesson for this forest.

Leslie: I'll refill the canteen. It's almost empty. [Leslie ducks and put the canteen into the clean spring. They drank and she refills it again.]

Jess: What time is it?

Leslie: It's almost 12 noon.

Jess: So, it's been an hour and a half since we started from the tree house.

Leslie: We didn't notice the time, huh?

Calvin: [offscreen] Jess. Leslie.

[Jess and Leslie walked over where Calvin and Kelly is seeing.]

Calvin: We're here.

[They all discover a famous uninhabited haunted mansion of Lark Creek, Virginia. It is fifty feet or so away from us.]

Leslie: Holy brown cow. It's the famous haunted castle.

Calvin: It's the uncharted haunted mansion. Janice Avery was right. This is what we've been looking for.

Kelly: I'd never seen this mansion before. It's big.

Jess: It's haunted. I know what she's getting at. The moment we've all been waiting for.

Leslie: So, the ruins is this way.

Calvin: Come on. We must follow it.

[They first explored the sides of the mansion. The rusted gate was filled with vines that reached the top. There is a large padlock hanging on the front gate.]

Kelly: Have I been brave?

Calvin: Yeah. Me too.

Jess: My parents would kill me if they knew I'd been here.

Leslie: It is really gigantic, huh? The kingdom that lost in the Great Terabithian War a hundred years ago.

[There is a sudden breezy. He looks around, alert if anything comes out. Leslie stops walking and look at him]

Leslie: Jess, what if the Wicked One lives there and is keeping a prisoner?

Jess: I don't know, Leslie. We can't even go inside.

Leslie: We'll climb the gate.

[Leslie starts climbing the gate.]

Calvin: There's the only way over is to climb this. After you.
