By the time Felix was back Hyunjin was no where in sight, on the other hand Madeline was. He was an opportunity to talk to her and he took it. More like Madeline saw vividly the moment to manipulate Felix and was ready.

"Madeline! Where is our CEO?"

"Oh Hyunjin?" Madeline wasn't expecting him to talk about Hyunjin. She thought the topic of conversation would be her. "He went after you for some reason but then i saw him leaving the building through the mirror, kinda looked angry why?"

Hyunjin never talked to him though, maybe he got a call that distressed him. His coffee was still untouched hence Felix decided to drink it himself. As much as he wanted to talk to Madeline he lost interest, hearing Hyunjin looked angry and was probably somewhere alone stressing.

"So Felix how did you get an opportunity to work as an intern for such a high position" Madeline inquired.

"Oh I'm specializing in accountancy and also had experience as an assistant but other than that im not sure, im grateful for it though" Felix's replied while looking outside the nearest window hoping to catch a glimpse of Hyunjin.

He gave up shortly after realizing Hyunjin might've left.

"Oh i see.So would you like to go with dinner with me 9PM if you aren't busy, we could get to know each other if you'd like hmm" Madeline though did said in a tone that screamed authority. She didn't ask him a question she made a statement.

Felix being quite naive didn't really get the fact that the only reason Madeline proposed this was because she'd use him and not because she wanted to 'get to know' him better. A one on one dinner with Madeline sounded surreal.

"Of co-"
"He's busy eating dinner today, tomorrow and every other day  with me till  i die"

Not only Madeline but also Felix was shocked when they heard someone answer in his stead and almost had a cardiac arrest when they saw it was Hyunjin who said that.

"Sir? Didn't you leave?"

"Yes Madeline i did but i forgot something so i came back" Hyunjin said emphasing on her name, he grabbed Felix's hand and pulled him behind his back. Shielding him from Madeline.

"Right i got what i came here for excuse me now" hyunjin began pulling Felix towards the elevator. Conflicting issues were wandering in Hyunjin's head. He was a man on a mission. The mission to figure out "yongboks" real identity. He had an idea on how to figure it out.

He was just going to go home, get medicines for his headache and rest. He had to do a 180° when he remembered Felix was still in the same building with Madeline. As realization dawned upon him he took a U-turn and drove back as fast as he quick.

He might've broken  7 traffic laws but atleast he made it in time to reject Madeline's offer. Felix hesitantly looked at Hyunjin, his coffee mug still in his hand. As if sensing his thoughts Hyunjin looked at the coffee mug and took it gently from his hands. He prepared himself to protest to Hyunjin to not drink it.

"I drank a sip from that i- uh heard from her that you were gone so i.... Im so sorry i can make you another one right now if you'll give me about 5 minutes"

"Mr.Lee its fine. Its not like you poisoned it" and with that before that even reached the first floor the mug of coffee was finished.

'he must've been extremely thirsty to drink it so fast' was the first thought that crossed Felix's brain.

The atmosphere in the elevator was awkward for Felix he couldn't stand the unnerved silence. The only thing penetrating it was the sound of their breathes. It was uncomfortable.
