A pale moonlight is cast onto the ever-busy streets of Nimbasa, the neon colours of the city blaring against the gentle darkness of the evening. The sounds of cars honking, pokemon cawing loudly, people's footsteps as they walk the twisting and turning paths of the massive concrete jungle fill your ears as you trot with a mild pace to the destination you seek out. As you walk to said area, you can't think straight, instead your face lights up a bright shade of pink vaguely. Are you seriously doing this? ' What if he thinks it's a joke? ' you thought. ... Your mind and heart are racing as you approach the large and grand building faster and faster. You can't help but think of him. ... You approached the structure. You look it up and down, holding your breath for a bit. .. Its banners made of a fine velvet flapped in the mild breeze of the night, and the moon reflected off of its fine marble structure. You approach the entrance, going through its large open gates. You feel the rumbles and shaking of a train passing by underneath your feet, only increasing your anxieties and worries...

You go down the station stairs, looking around anxiously. Not here. He isn't here. Where could he be? ' Maybe in one of the terminals. He's got to be there ' you think to yourself, letting go of the breath you hold in a rather large sigh. Your face is still heated up to a pink colour. You feel warm and fuzzy inside at the thought of him saying he feels similarly, but nervousness is the majority of your feelings... You Creep your way towards the Singles line terminal. The light around there is off, and the screen displays that it is offline, but you are too curious to ignore that feeling tugging at your heart strings, It's almost as if a puppeteer is controlling your body from your emotions. Despite the offline status and the lights being off, you decide to make the journey down the second, much smaller set of stairs to be in the singles line terminal.. ...

You approach the station platform. Seeing it this dark gives it an ominous tone, which somewhat frightens you, however, you decided to brave the dark and turn on your phone flashlight. It illuminates the dark terminal brightly, but not as much as you would like.. ... You stroll down the station platform, looking aimlessly for the man in the coat with your dim phone flashlight. Gentle clattering of your footsteps echo loudly down the hollow halls of the station, accompanied by light clanking of the tracks shifting and moving somewhat. Seems like a night train will pass through soon. You walk along the yellow line, your phone's light illuminating the path clearly..—

Suddenly, in the weak illuminating light, you see a black coat with faded orange and blue accents standing tall in front of you. You jump, startled by the sudden appearance of the man, nearly falling into the rail pit, yet he catches you by your hand before you hit the tracks, pulling you up and onto your feet.

" You'd aught to be more careful, stand clear behind the yellow line till a train approaches to a complete stop. " The man uttered.

You straighten yourself out, gripping your other arm tightly. You can hear your heartbeat increasing vigorously. He's here...! He's actually here..! You can't believe it! He's here! You stare longingly at him, although with a sort of embarrassed undertone to your expression. " Ah hello Subway Boss Ingo... it's.. a pleasure to see you here..! I'm so glad you came... I really am haha... " you nervously mutter, tapping your foot to distract yourself from your overwhelming wave of emotions. " Of course! I appreciate the art of being timely, so it was really a pleasure to be here. " He tips his hat to you, nodding his head. That brief moment you are able to peer underneath his hat.. ah... you gaze upon gorgeous locks which are smooth and refreshed... The Nimbasa city magazine doesn't lie.

" Well I just.. n-needed to.. t-ta..l...k... t...o... y...ou...... " Your sentence drags on a bit as you start to space out. You avert your eyes a bit, but you just.. can't help staring.. He looked more built this time around since his disappearance, and his muscles looked more prevalent through his usual uniform. His chest stood out compared to the darkness of his coat, his dress-shirt tighter than how it has been. Whatever happened in that time period that he was gone, it was evident that he had become burly and robust than what he once was. Just the thought of this alone was enough to make your face which was already dusted with a light blush of pink, get heated into a passionate red. You shake your head, snapping out of your daze, facing him and quickly spitting out the words " Well—! I just wanted to say that I like you! A lot! More than that! I truly do! I'm sorry if this upsets you in any way! " You face your head to the side, averting your stare to the rail pit, holding your phone tightly to your chest. You frown with a hint of sadness.. ah... you're sure he won't accept.... ...

Ingo pauses for a moment, processing what just happened. .. The Subway Boss nods his head, adjusting his hat a bit and clenching on tightly to the brim. " .. The Feeling.. it is mutual, " A smile lightly glosses over on his face, however there are still hints of his iconic frown you always crushed over... ... You can't believe it. Does.. does he actually like you? Your jaw drops out of shock. ...

He pauses his sentence to clear his throat.

" However. " Ingo continues, shifting back into the frown.

" You're verrry unlucky. The next train is arriving soon, have you not noticed? " A different voice, whom seems less expressive, and more menacing speaks from within the darkness..

....

Weightlessness. You feel yourself being pushed aside with malice.

You can only perceive in slow motion, your heart pounding and pounding. Not out of anxiousness,

But out of fear.

.
.

You see the lights of an oncoming subway barreling straight towards you as you fall.

This is it.

This is how you die.

You didn't expect it to come to an end so soon.

But it did anyways.

.

It gets closer and closer, your life flashes before your eyes.

All your memories flood in.

You can't help but think of the people you care for in these final moments.

You give one final look of terror to him.

His cat-like eyes just stare at you blankly as if he's seen this several times before.

Another pair of silver eyes and a shining grin are seen in the dark next to him, the set glaring at you as well as you hurdle into the rail pit.

...
..
.

You hit the the cold and sharp rails, blacking out for a moment.

You come to the moment the blaring lights are close enough to touch.

Everything goes black.
