chapter seven

i woke up the next day feeling nauseous and excited about the hang out with momona and shay.
it was 10:33 am, still a little early.

i reached for my phone to see four unexpected notifications on instagram.

you're joking. the cast of percy jackson started following me! i couldn't be happier. i bet they are very sweet people judging that they know that i exist, but how? i immediately followed them back.

i scanned through all my social media (as usual) and it took me about an hour to actually get out of bed and get ready.

i brushed my teeth, did my skincare, makeup, and changed. just the usual stuff i do in the washrooom, and ran downstairs.

y/c/n meowed loudly, so loud my mom could probably hear from her bedroom. i guess it's a sign that she's hungry.

"here, let's get you some food." i smiled.

i poured some food in y/c/n's bowl and changed his/her water while i'm at it.

i checked the time and it was already 1:05 pm, geez.

right when i opened my phone, a random phone number started calling me. an idiot i am, i answered it.

random person: hey, is this y/n? i'm momona!

i mean, she does sound like momona..

y/n: yep, it is!

momona: i arrived at your house to pick you up! when you leave your house, you should be able to see my car.

y/n: oh, okay! i'll be right outside.

momona: okay, see you soon!

i hung up and grabbed my bag and put on my sneakers.

oh! i should probably leave my mom a text. i'll just text her when i'm in the car.

"bye y/c/n, i'll see you soon!" i said, i planted a kiss on his/her head and left.

"hey y/n, over here!" momona yelled, waving at me so i know where the car is.

i walked over to the car and she opened the door for me, letting me sit in the front seat.

"hi! it's so nice to see you in person, you're really really pretty!" she complemented.

"thanks! i love your style, it's so unique!" she smiled at me.

i took out my phone and texted my mom about today's hangout.

momona said she wanted to hang out today. and i didn't have anything better to do, so i agreed.

mo also invited leah and the others, but they all weirdly had plans today.

she came over to pick leena and i up. momona and leena are basically best friends, so i'm guessing i'll only   be holding their shopping bags the entire day.

"why hello to my favourite sibling duo!" momona praised.

"hi, momona." i smiled.

"hi, pretty lady!" my sister joked, momona laughed.
