chapter nine

y/n's pov
this day went like a blur. not only did i get random people come up to me and ask about being friends with momona and the scobell siblings, but tanner scobell is joining my class. which obviously lead more screaming and excitement in the air.

it's 2:05, and my school doesn't end until another 55 minutes.

great, i thought to myself, another 55 minutes to go with completely dumb classmates.

tanner is fitting quite well at my school, surprisingly. sadly, i had all my classes with him. however, he did get quite famous for the few hours he has been here. he has girls fanning over him (which i find pretty gross because i see him as a little child) and boys randomly dabbing him up.

i packed up my things and head out of the classroom, so eager to get out of all this mess.

"hey, y/n!" tanner yells from a couple meters away.

my lips turned into a thin line as i turned to look at him, his blue eyes like his brother's giving me chills down my spine.

"something up?" i asked.

"nothing much really, but i heard you hang out with our walkie-talkie a lot. so what's up, you like him?" tanner says ecstatically, with a wide grin spread across his freckled face.

i chuckled awkwardly at his comment, looking around to make sure anna wasn't here listening in on our conversation.

"no, are you crazy? i would never like your brother, he's oblivious and stupid."

tanner looked at me suspiciously. god this boy is just like his brother.

"the five stages of grief: number 1 denial, number 2 ange-"

i placed my hand over his mouth before he began spluttering out the dumbest things.

"tanner, you listen here now, i know you all live in this massive rent house. but you will shut your huge chatterbox mouth before i tell leena to tell your mom."

tanner looked like he was gonna burst out laughing, and i quickly removed my hand off his face, not wanting to get his saliva all over my hand.

as i guessed so, he began howling of laughter, and i really did want to punch his face right at that time before my mom yelled my name.

"y/n! it's time to go!"

"coming mum!" i turned back to tanner and glared at him to make sure he will keep his mouth shut, then walked away.

i opened the car door to be greeted by my mother who gave me a warm smile.

i closed the door and buckled my seatbelt.

"ready to go?"

"yes," i replied.

leah's pov
after that scrumptious meal and posting about it on instagram, we all headed outside.

"hey, don't look now, but there are a few fans recording us." i whispered to the group.

"oh really?" said walker.

"yeah you idiot, why else would i tell you that." i said to walker's dumb reply.

"you know, you two are just like percy and annabeth. you got the bullying perfected, now you need to get the love perfected." aryan teased, raising his eyebrows up and down with a smirk.

walker hits aryan playfully on his shoulder, resulting to aryan yelping and got sent a glare to him. i don't say anything but placing my hand on my forehead in embarrassment.

"oh c'mon, aryan." i sighed. "everyone knows that walker has the fattest crush on y/n."

"aryan, please, you don't know how awkward it is with me and leah's characters." walker muttered.

"uh actually, i do understand. i eventually do have a partner too, you know?"

"yeah, but that's not until later. and i can't wait to bully you so badly about it." i laughed, earning another glare from aryan.

"sometimes i wonder who is gonna be the lucky girl who plays juniper." charlie grinned.

then out of literally nowhere a couple of fans came up to us. "could we get a picture?"

quick summary of what happened, walker's mom came to pick us up a couple minutes after we took the picture with fans and we drove back home.

"what do you guys wanna do when we head back?" charlie asked.

"OOH LET'S WATCH A MOVIEE!" dior suggested. we all laughed at her behavior and agreed.

and so, we watched a movie. walker really, really wanted to watch deadpool. but we were all tired of that movie so we just decided to turn on harry potter. it may sound weird when i say this, but we were all cuddled together on the couch. it was pretty comfortable if i do say so myself.

couple of minutes later, tanner finally arrived back home from school. he opened the door and saw us teenagers all on the living room couch and bursted out laughing. our heads whipped around to look at him.

"oh, hi tanner! how was school?" walker asked, greeting his brother.

tanner dropped his bag in the mud room. "ehh, it's alright. oh yeah, i already became kinda famous."

"really? you? famous? that's crazy." leena snorted. tanner ran over to the couch and slapped her head.

"i have all of my classes with your little girlfriend, walker." tanner cracked up. walker rolled his eyes as the rest of us started to "ooooo" at him.

"whatever, wanna watch harry potter with us?"

"oooh, yeah sure." he jumped over and sat in the spot next to aryan and walker.

we all shared many laughters when watching the movie. this cast was practically my second family and i don't know what i'd do without them.

HELLO, I AM BACK! i am so happy to be finally putting out a chapter after months. i honestly loved writing about the pjo trio, all three of them are adorable and i love them with all my heart.

also, pleaseee don't be like one of those reader who are always silent. i love it when you guys comment and i always find it hilarious.

i know that it is weirdly timed up because it is currently winter and this is set back in summer 2022. but trust me, it will all add up.
